They didn't have…read moreit in stock but had a slightly more expensive one, the rear rollers plus the roller for the fender. They offered to and did send me the more expensive part at no extra cost. It arrived in one day. Their prices are very good, they don't charge for shipping, and they ship unbelievably quickly. I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.

I then took the wheel to Blazing Saddles Rustington where i was informed immediately that the wheel could be fixed, that they would order the spokes that day and have it trued and fixed within four days! The guy in there showed me the bearings and there was nothing wrong with them at all and the wheel ran fine. So the fact is Quest lied to me and clearly dint have a clue.
