I moved to Granbury for a fresh start after my divorce.  My son and I picked out home for us.  This…read morehome could use a few upgrades but it was ours.  Things that made a house a home, lamps my dad gave me from his time in the Philippians, a lamp my brother made me out of a fire nozzle representing my time as a fire fighter, my son's beloved batman memorabilia.  Everything had its place.   My kitchen and bath needed upgrades. I found a remodeler.  I felt confident in his work as he stated was insured and bonded. (see picture on his fb).   He finished the job Dec 18th, that day and Dec 19th the breakers kept popping.  He came back to fix them, even retiled part of the back splash.  Dec 20th I cut him his final check.  Dec 22nd I went to the store to return following a fire truck into my neighborhood.  As it got closer I realized they were responding to my house.  MY HOUSE! MY WORLD WAS ON FIRE!  It has now been determined it was caused by the an outlet behind the now twice retiled backsplash.  My world has been rolled away in ashes in so far 2, 30 yard roll offs with more to come.   Hinsight is 2020, I share this as a word of caution not to bad mouth. Always always always ask to see the insurance.  Ask to see proof. This contractor did not pull permits.  He has been cited for is lack of due diligence.  It is now in the Laws hands.  I just dont want anyone to experience what I have.

They were reasonable, super friendly, prompt and very professional. I received amazing service, and they provided the detail i needed to make an informed decision. Later after purchasing a house, we had a minor plumbing issue. I called Iron Horse and the person answering the phone actually remembered working with me before, she was extremely nice, listened to the problem and was able to fit us in on a Friday afternoon so we didn't have to spend an entire weekend without water. The plumber (Lance) did an amazing job, kept me informed every step of the way, and was very courteous. I won't waste time calling around next time, I will go straight to Iron Horse. A+

At first he showed up when he said he would. I paid him throughout the project, what he billed me for, a total of $6000! The work is definitely not up to code. I related my dissatisfaction and asked him to fix some things. He walked away from the the job at 60% complete. He took my money, materials I purchased, and wont return my messages. Do not hire this man! He's a liar and a thief. I'm left with paying more money to have someone else fix his work and finish my bathroom. It has taken two months to get half way done. I am so disappointed because I trusted him. He lied and stole from me.

Left remodel in finished and needs a lot of corrections. We have had two contractors do estimate and they saw no craftsmanship of his attempt to remodel over 8 months. Still a mess.
