Do not get a loan through this horrible place!!!…read more I REPEAT DO NOT NOT ONLY do they have fixed interest rates and all sorts of hidden fees, but they deliberately work with contractors to take advantage of home owners to ultimately take your home!!! Also, do not work here either !! the so called trainer who is a supervisor (being they don't even have a full operating staff ) named Nayrobi who looks like baby bop will literally try to take advantage of you and the situation which also the director Jose is in cahoots with the contractors to get more money for their scam parade to take advantage and take homes from hard working citizens !! This place is a joke inside and out people The supervisor will even text u after you lost your job to make a mockery of you all because you live rent free in their head !! Ha If this isn't a joke enough

I haven't heard back from anyone regarding my complaint and when I did before all I got was someone…read morewill contact me or did I bring these concerns to the contractor company USA WINDOWS & DOORS. I called renew today again and he said I sign the contract stating that everything was complete. When the company USA WINDOWS & DOORS first came and started the process I was informed that I needed to sign the completion paper (forced) in order for them to start the process or they will leave with the material!? I knew better and I shouldn't have signed it because they were only starting the process and not complete but now I am feeling like I was scammed someway some how. Here we are a year later and every time the inspection is scheduled nothing happens. They haven't finished the work and I am BEING CHARGED ON MY MORTGAGE already and it's not complete. How is this fair or right? This is extremely frustrating and I am truly confused on what is going on? I am in the process of looking for legal representation because this is not right and I feel as though I was SCAMMED!

I have been working with Tiffany for 4 years on my personal finances. I can tell you straight out,…read moreI would not be where I am right now without her! I am completely organized with an excel sheet that covers incoming/ outgoing expenditures so that I am set up for recurring items, as well as prepared for one-offs. My credit cards are paid off and I have a significant sum of money in my savings (something I hadn't been able to do before). I have separate accounts such as my "weekly allowance" for things like gas, groceries, movies, etc where I can track day to day where I stand; a Vacation fund, an Emergency account, etc. It's very convenient to meet on zoom on a periodic basis to keep things lined up and flowing smoothly. The relief of knowing where I stand financially on an ongoing basis is priceless! Not to mention that she is such an easy person to work with; smart and experienced beyond general personal financial management.

Where to start? I guess by saying that Tiffany "saved" me, well she saved me loads in credit card…read morefees and saved me from so much stress! My husband had died 2 years prior and I inherited his business and some of his debt, in the grief-fog I had been making the most of those dam credit cards. I was over $100k in debt, multiple credit cards some at 30% APY and my credit score was shot. I had held off going to a financial advisor for 2 reasons - 1. I thought I knew how to get out of debt - cut up credit cards and make payments - simple (wrong). and 2. It seemed weird to spend more money when you're already in debt. But I'm so glad I did! Tiffany and her knowledge and non-judgemental approach was worth every penny (and more tbh). Tiffany provided clarity and a kick up the butt to get my debts down. Not only focusing on what I can do now, but what I can also do in the future to prevent getting in debt again. Its been over 2 years since I first met Tiffany and I can say I am debt free, credit cards are at $0 balance and low APR and my credit score is crushing it! I plan to go back to Tiffany to work on my next stage of financial growth. Do it - you will be pleased that you did!

We recently had the opportunity to refinance and without hesitation, Stephen reached out directly to us as soon as he noticed rates were coming down. We did not need to chase him for it nor constantly inquire about it--he just felt like it was the right time and reached out! I'm very grateful for Stephen and his team and will definitely be referring him to our friends and family.

Based on his numerous good reviews, I messaged Stephen early last August about the possibility of…read moregetting a United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) 15-year fixed home loan at 1.99%. This was a new program announced by press release, which I read about in a Yahoo! Finance article, through a link on Google News. Having worked previously in real estate and finance, I knew what the key points were to our situation, so I included those in the message to Stephen, asking whether he would be able to do the loan. Stephen responded abruptly by saying that he would have to talk with me by phone, to discuss "details." After I called him, he proceeded to try to browbeat me into accepting a different program at a higher interest rate. His approach was to use old-fashioned psychological pressure tactics, along the lines of: "Are you so naïve that you think you could actually get such a loan? That rate is just a teaser that you would never actually get." He was crude, demeaning and even insulting. I informed him, politely, that I had a background in real estate and finance, so I was not naïve about these things, offering him one last chance to do business with us, if he was so inclined. But he insisted that the loan would not be possible for us, so I thanked him and said goodbye. Shortly thereafter, I found a straightforward loan broker who in fact did the loan for us, on exactly the terms I had in mind: 1.99% 15-year fixed, with a reasonable fee. We closed in less than three weeks and none of the things that Stephen said were obstacles turned out to be an issue. I am pleased to report that my wife and I are now enjoying substantially lower monthly payments. BOTTOM LINE: If you want someone with an "old-school" approach to sales--involving psychological games, pressure tactics and absence of transparency (resulting in your not getting the best deal that you could)--Stephen Wong may be a good fit for you. Anyone interested in connecting with the straightforward broker we ultimately used is welcome to send me a private message, as I'm not allowed to include that information in my review.
