Since then, he has been my trusted friend and ally through the multiple refinances and dealing with different banks to get the insurance renewed. In time, he's been my go-to for all insurance needs that are necessary for a homeowner. A couple of instances of how great Mike is. 1. I had an old car that had liability coverage from before I met Mike. When I asked Mike for a quote to consolidate my insurance needs with him, he said I already had a great deal and did not try to make me switch. 2. Very recently, I switched insurance providers on my property. The refund, due to be processed in 4 weeks, was going to take longer. Mike mailed me the refund from his own funds to spare me the additional wait. Mike always delivers!

Unfortunately, Peter Oser did not intervene. Clients rely on accurate and timely responses from their insurance agents to make informed decisions about their coverage. Unfortunately, their response to my valid complaint was focused on excuses, not accepting responsibility for their errors, and criticism of my reaction.
