    Our Wedding planner and myself have tried to contact this company after their inadequate service…read morealmost ruined my daughters long planned wedding.These are the emails that American Pie limo has not responded to since July 18, 2022 I've attached a photo of our email to the company after they ignored our wedding planners correspondence. They have not contacted us as of today Aug 3, 2022! *************************************************************** **Email from Our Wedding Planner Director** To: APL UK / Cupid Carriages / Quantum Chauffeur info@americanpielimousines.co.uk, Cupid Carriages info@cupidcarriages.co.uk CC: Jane Nordli janeeaglenordli@gmail.com Good morning I was incredibly disappointed to hear that there were serious issues affecting the transportation provided at a wedding you supplied a vehicle for this weekend. I have attached an account of the situation from my associate who was present on the day and would appreciate it very much if you could let me know what course of action you intend to take in order to compensate the client for their considerable distress and inconvenience. ***************************************************************** **Email from wedding planner at wedding to the wedding planner director** Hi Helen, Unfortunately we had an issue with the transport provided by Cupid Carriages on Saturday 16th, taking Mrs. Meyer and her father from The Nottingham Holton to Thoresby Park Courtyard. There were 2 main issues: The driver got lost and they arrived at the venue approx 50 minutes later than the scheduled ceremony time of 5.30pm. The car had been booked to arrive at the venue for 5.25pm at the latest. It in fact did not arrive until 6.20pm The clients had specifically requested a car with AC. The car did NOT have working AC . The bride and her father quite understandably arrived stressed and the bride was particularly upset. She was very hot and was in tears. It took her father, her matron of honour and myself quite some time to get her composed and cooled down enough so she was happy to go ahead with the ceremony. The driver too was stressed. He admitted to me that his sat nav had not been working and he had got lost. He said he thought he had "confused" his sat nav as he had problems getting to the Nottingham Hilton entrance and had set it to "walking mode"! The father of the bride told me that he wished the driver had admitted sooner that he was lost and they could have possibly helped him get to the venue quicker. As the clients are from the USA they do not know the area and were not aware that they were lost. Thankfully the ceremony could go ahead as a family friend was officiating. If a registrar had been conducting it the wedding would not have been able to go ahead. May I add the Bride's father was very courteous to the driver who clearly was flustered. If you need any more information on this please do let me know *******************DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****************** *SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE* THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EVENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
