The behaviour of your bus driver on the 252 has given me the worst impression of Sheffield, considering he was the first person I ever spoke to in the City. He was rude, arrogant, and completely obnoxious for no apparent reason . He is definitely giving your bus company a really bad name. I will not be coming back to Sheffield ever again.
The bus driver's behaviour was disgusting and uncalled for. He does not need to be rude, he does not need to talk or look down at people. He also does not need to shout across the bus at me- who does he think he is!
Firstly, he should know his route, secondly there is no need to be rude, thirdly he shouldn't refuse to give someone a ticket! I got off half way, in the middle of nowhere, and called a cab. Why are paying him, if he refuses to take money for a ticket I was quite happy to purchase!
I do not have the bus driver's name, all I know was that he was on the 252 route at 15.08 on 02/09/13 from Sheffield Interchange. According to my research, this bus would have got me to my destination in 10 -12 minutes. He was a caucasian, middle age/older looking man, probably about 50+ with white/grey hair, that was messy and long-ish. He had very stern an angry looking face, with a very foul attitude.
Either, he was having a really bad day, he has some really bad personal issues (still not an excuse) OR the bus company is not treating their staff right that it is reflecting in the service they are giving. Overall.. two words: never.again! read more
