Budget was very good compared to other builders. Their experience as home builders was well proven as they were great at making suggestions that kept our goals intact. We're very happy with the final result, and friends and family continue to issue wows as they enter our home. Highlights include the new kitchen and master bath. If anything, the electricians were the one downside. Good, not great and we've had to swap out some material well before 12 months even went by(under cabinet bulbs).
