There are times when you need to spruce up and get some decent quality clothes, perhaps if you've got interviews coming up, or just need something new and crisp in the wardrobe to offset those timeworn garments.
I knew this time has come when I walked into Lewin's and saw an offer on three women's shirts for about £25 each. Not cheap if you are used to shopping in H&M, but I'm confident these shirts won't melt under a hot iron and that they will still be wearing well in a year or two.
Mainly Lewin's is a shop for men's shirts, ties and cufflinks but it has its uses for women, offering shirts, jackets and coats. The staff are really nice too and make you feel like a privileged member of society rather than a sales obsessed scruff, which is commendable in an upmarket shop like this. read more
