This company has proved totally unreliable in making good inadequate work or honouring its 10 year guarantee. Ever since they removed our concrete gutters in December 2009 and replaced them with plastic there have been leaks because they damaged roof tiles. They came back once to put things right, after much chasing, but didn't even bring tiles with them. They ended up scrounging a few tiles from the neighbour. There were still leaks and, on 2nd February 2011 Tony Knopp, the manager, told me he hope they would do the work that week. The house is now let to tenants as its owner, my mother, is in a care home. (It is an immaculate 4 bedroomed detached house, not a hovel. The tenant is a pediatric consultant and his family, not trash.) Today, with no warning, a team arrived at the house, scaled the side gate and were walking around in the back garden - the leaks are at the side of the house - and, when challenged by the tenant's cleaning lady, just laughed at her. I am appalled. Even the team who did the original work was pretty uncouth, I was there at the time.
