I was…read morereally looking forward to it as I am a Personal trainer and holistic therapist myself and am always giving to others, I really needed some TLC for myself. I booked the treatment for today (29/09/12) and had been looking forward to it all week. I live in Wiltshire, about an hour away from Bliss Hair and Beauty and organised my day around the appointment. When I arrived at the salon I was told that my appointment was not registered and that they didn't have time for my massage. I was extremely disappointed as the treatment was very much needed. It was also a waste of a day and the fuel to get there and back. They said that they would refund my groupon voucher small consolation!

Reflections in Fishponds offer this service so I have been using them for a couple of years now. They provide a good service there - they are polite when you go in and when you have an appointment I have never been left waiting longer than 5 minutes after I am supposed to be booked in (I find some hairdressers are terrible at this and it isn't something I would put up with more than once). Obviously all stylists are different but I have found with the girls I've had cut my hair there, if you want to talk they will, but if you want to be quiet for a bit they don't jabber on at you about themselves (another pet hate of mine!) Every haircut I've had there has been good, from junior stylist to top stylist, though I could really tell the difference when I had the top stylist so it may be worth the extra few quid if you're having something more than a light trim. Overall, I have been very impressed and at a very reasonable price.
