The staff are very friendly, and the salon is not in the least bit intimidating - I sometimes find the staff in other salons a bit scary and over trendy. They use the Paul Mitchell range of products, which smell fabulous and although they are expensive, they last a long time, so are worth it (to 'quote' another manufacturer!). I'd particularly recommend Becky who is very good - I have only just started using her and got lots of positive comments after my first cut from her.
