After many many calls for help to fix the leaks, Feeney's solution is that I should pay them to replace the 40 year shingles they installed 10 years ago. Feeney's price was the highest of three quotes I got for fixing Feeney's poor workmanship. All of these photos were taken over just a 12' x 10' section of my leaking roof. 2 HOLES, 2 spots with loose lifting shingles, 6 Low Nails, and wrong shingle layer overlap (seams too close) !! Every person, every work crew, and every company makes mistakes sometimes. What separates a good person, crew, and company from a bad one is whether they acknowledge their mistakes and make things right. Feeney doesn't. The 1 star is because Yelp wont allow a zero star rating.

They said it was not the roof leaking was the chimney, because of cracked bricks etc. ,, it's a long story of disappointment ..finally got a mason in he said nothing wrong with the chimney no cracked bricks was the lack of proper sealing and flashing around the chimney. Still have not heard a word back from Moffatt even though they are suppose to Guaranty the roof and have proved it was the roof not the chimney. Very Frustrating. Very shady management. Will be making a claim with BBB.
