He reframed the doorway and we had a new door put in. He took our old chimney down too! He is wonderful, hard working and showed up everyday. We had an issue with water coming into our basement because of the new build next door. He took pictures and videos on a rainy day so we had proof of the water entering our basement. He is very hard working and it's obvious he is very dedicated to doing a great job. Which he did. He explains everything he is going to do and shows you the progress along the way. We were so happy to actually find someone to do a great job AND show up every day. Highly recommend Christopher. The water on the basement stairs in the picture are from us spraying the hose lol

Chris is the definition of all talk no walk…read more Completed a renovation on our house just prior to us buying the house. Left all the garbage/old doors/vanities/flooring in the garage. Politely asked 6 times over the course of 6 weeks for him to remove the old stuff and was promised each time they would come and remove it that week. Finally told Chris I'll just rent a truck and take it all to the dump myself. No response. Do yourself and me a favour and go elsewhere. Once he's paid he won't care.

Our builder had two attempts to correct the deficiencies and failed to do so. Sarj explained everything him and his team would do to ensure the fixes would meet our expectations. He came in on weekends to do the work so it would fit our schedule. As well when I pointed out a few small areas that hadn't covered well the first time, he repainted the entire room again free of charge. There was honest, open communication throughout the process and Cad and Ash were also professional and a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend Sarj and his team as they really finally fixed what our builder failed to do!!!

Thumbs Down! They USED to be great! They have pictures of a job they did for me on their Facebook…read morepage over a year ago and the work was good. Now they have taken on more projects than they can handle and instead of communicating and letting customers know that they do not have time to complete what they started, they just keep giving false hope that they will finish. I gave them two extra months to finish and barely anything has been done in that time. The bathroom (the only bathroom in the house!) that they said was 9-days work still isn't complete, and the work they did do has to be fixed because the plumbing rough-in is wrong. They will argue there was a delay and that is true, there was a delay - but that was in May and after that they still reassured me they would be done July 31, and then August 31 and then extended again to Sept 30. This is a rental property for us, so we had to disappoint wonderful potential tenants that were interested in renting the house. As of today, October 7, framing and rough-in has not been completed yet. The house is a huge mess, they left garbage everywhere. I gave up on them finally because it has to be completed this month and they were still lying to my face. We are going to roll up our sleeves and do it ourselves and hire reliable contractors for the parts we cannot do ourselves. You may ask why we didn't do that in the first place but it was because we were fixing up 2 other rental properties in that time - those 2 were completed on time and have been rented. I truly hope if you decide to hire them you have a better experience.
