I had to beg and plead to get a rental car to get to/from work and kids to/from school. Initially I was told Hyundai would reimburse me for a private rental car, spent an hour on hold with corporate to be told this only applied to recall work. Additionally, we've been waiting for a back-ordered part to fix a national recall. It's now been 6+ months. They called me last month and setup an appointment to have it fixed...showed up and was told they did not have the part. So now I have to go out of my way to schedule another appointment in the future, all the while being told the recalled backseat seatbelts "should be safe" for my kids.
