I think Brian knew how burned out I was, so he didn't push. At all. I told him that I'd give XXXX dollars for the minivan (Not what was on the windshield!) and his sales manager accepted it. One 45-minute solo test drive later and they were filling out the paperwork. Fast, easy, courteous, and refreshing. Since I was alone on a motorcycle they even had the minivan delivered to my house that evening. I just took it to a shop to have it gone over and the mechanic told me that it is in perfect condition, not one problem. So, yeah, I'm glad I went to Palmetto Wholesale and bought it. After the other dealers, it was a refreshing and happy experience. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great deal on a good used car or a truck give them a chance, you could end up as happy as I am.

I was able to jump start the battery and when the car started, all warning lights were going. Engine repair, brakes, etc. I figured it may be related to the battery which I believe was the original. I could change out the battery myself, but how would I reset the computer? Instead of doing it myself, I took the car to HH Honda who allowed us to come in on short notice. We pulled directly into their service bay where we were greeted and assured the car would be returned in excellent condition. They needed to replace the battery and the computer reset to eliminate the warnings. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time was exceptional. Way to go HH Honda!!

Latest issues with my truck have been high vibrations at 65 mph and above and a leaking rear glass. I took it in for the vibration issues and they "performed a balance." I still have high vibrations and now it vibrates at anything about 55 mph. I took it in for my rear glass leaking. They took 2 days to "discover" my leak when I tried to show a service advisor exactly where my 4 leaks were coming from and she did not come and look at it. They charged me $500 for a new glass and I had to bring the truck back at a later date to get it installed. After bringing back to get glass replaced, I was charged $300 for the labor to install it, they left the old glass in the bed of my truck, and 4 days later morning dew is still leaking from the new rear glass into my headliner and rear seat. I have no confidence in the abilities of any technicians at this dealership to fix vehicles or service advisors to relay customer discrepancies for technicians to fix them. There is a lack of quality within this dealership. I will drive my truck to California for an oil change before I bring my truck here again. I'm also confident that my next vehicle will not be a product of GM.

Inability to communicate with Lincoln customer, 2) Inability to honestly communicate with Lincoln customer, 3) Problematic oversight of service for customers Lincolns. We dropped our Lincoln off for simple routine service late September. Our Lincoln sat on the OC Welch lot for ten-days with zero service completed. No one from the dealership has explained why that occurred. We asked for three service items (through their on-line service portal) 1) burned out front door speaker, 2) oil service, and 3) tire rotation. Communication issues - I emailed the son of the owner in mid-September for his assistance with our Lincoln service. He never replied to my email. I then emailed the owner who did respond and assist - thank you. I had to call each week to find out the status of the service. I called twice the second week because no one responded to my vmail the previous day. One of the unprofessional issues was when the service tech called me final day. His tone was arrogant and he was dishonest about the service issues. Unacceptable. Bottom line - OC Welch Lincoln service department jerked us around so much they lost not only a continuing service customer but also a new Lincoln sale.
