we arrived here right at 12:30pm and we were suprised to see a line of people waiting to be seated. Even though the reataurant is situated outside of the central district, it seems to be pretty popular with the locals. The place is spacious and they had ample seating inside and outsode along the sidewalk. Our wait wasn't long, and we decided to take the first table that was avilable, which was inside. Our Server came a couple of minutes later and we went ahead and ordered 2 bottled waters, while we were deciding what to order. After spending some time checking out the menu, I went for the huranche con bistek y costilla, and she got the an order of tlacoyos con bistek y costillas. I consisted of nopales with the bistek on top. We barely noticed the time go by and soon enough, our orders were delivered to our table. The huranche was awesome, and I was tempted to order a second. My wife also gave high marks for her meal as well. It was a fun lunch experience. read more
