Best pedicure I've EVER had!!! Very nice staff very polite staff very good pedicure. The negative reviews are NOT an accurate depiction of this wonderful CLEAN happy place. read more

Very kind people and very respectful. They are incredible when it comes to manicures and pedicures. I have the absolute most respect for them and the way they treat me and my mom. The service is great and the people are great. Thank you! read more

Very dirty and in violation of many health codes. The workers also are very rough and rude in my opinion. I have had so many nail infections from this place and when u look around u can see whole nails laying around. read more

My sister went in for her eyebrows to be waxed, it was done! But.... Her eyebrows weren't the same, not even close... ‍ I mentioned to the lady that her eyebrows aren't aligned but she said it's good and that sometimes they look like that but it's good... Horrible waxing service... Don't bother going there... Ps: the lady who waxed her brows had to put on her glasses just to say that the brows were good, she definitely needs to get a new prescription! Obviously one brow is thinner... definitely won't go back read more

Went in last night to just have a quick Express Nail work done. Well, I guess it wasn't expensive enough and the guy said I needed more than that and that the polish wouldn't stay. He tried to get me to do a more expensive one. Needless tonsay..I walked out and won't be back read more

I was unable to find a price list of services the guy told me he wouldn't know the price till they were done and they only take cash. There is an atm in there but why would they not post the prices and services they offer? So dirty clearly reusing tools that are old broken and dirty. Hopefully I don't get some sort of infection. I won't be going back. read more

ASSHOLES!!!! Walked in and was rushed just to what to get done. The guy there started yelling at me and some others yelling about "making up our minds". Rude service. Would not recommend read more

They are very professional by default, it took a while because it was very crowded, but the quality is excelent

Paul hands down is my favorite! I travel 3 hours to get my nails done here. His wife also does amazing work as well as other there. I enjoy their pedicure and facial waxing portions too! Bathroom and establishment is also very clean. Great selection of acrylic powder colors and gels. read more

I've been going to TL for 3 years. Im happy with their services everytime. My nails always look great

They burnt my nieces foot with the drill. When he was trying to get the old gel polish off her nails he burned off the skin on her foot, when she tried to pull away and told him it hurt he ignored her and got mad that she pulled away. When we went to leave we asked for a bandage because she was bleeding they told us no . Also we got two $30 pedicures and somehow the total was $100? when I asked why they said to pay and leave. read more

These are my nails after I asked the nails tech to remove the dip powered I had on my natural nails with acetone remover when she had refused and said "it would dry and crack my skin" and it would "take too much time" even when I said I was fine with waiting. She also said my natural nails were "too damaged" after she had removed the first one by using a plastic tip to go under the dip powder and ripping layers of my nail off. OF COURSE my nails would be damaged after having a acrylic powder like that literally being ripped off my nail. I have never been so unhappy with a service before, she didn't listen to what I was asking and was being rude about what I was asking her to do. I would absolutely not recommend going here. read more

If I could post 0, I would. I went for a gel fill, and waited over an hour to be summoned. The male with Grey hair was extremely rude. I have said gel fill for over a year, but now I need to say "fill". He rudely yelled at me, explaining the difference between a manicure, fill and geI. I asked how soon they would start my nails, but he walked away and would not answer me. I walked out and will never return. read more

It gets a one because of the product they have. I have given this place numerous chances to change up the customer service but it never fails. Every single time I have gone in there, they are incredibly rude. I've shown pictures asking if they could do the simple design and they agreeded...not even close and when I ask to do a little different they give nasty attitude and start talking in a different language clearly about me and or the situation. This last time my daughter and I were getting pedicures. They painted my daughters toes a completely different color and when I asked about it "we don't have that color" and just continue on. Despite the rudeness and lack of communication my guy broke down 40$ change into all $5. I gave him $10 and the look of disgust on his face made me laugh out loud. It's like bro maybe if you weren't such a jerk I'd hook you up more. I shouldn't have tipped him in the first place. But like I said it wasn't just a one time thing it was every time (5). Won't go back. Don't recommend it. read more

I've been here a few times now. The girls are very good but the older guy is rude. We called and made an appointment on a Saturday but when we showed up the guy said they don't do appointments on the weekend. Well then why the hell do the people who answer the phones say they do & give you a time to come in? Came in another time with my mom & daughter (who is almost 4) for a pedicure & the asshole snapped at my kid for picking a color for her toes (she's 4 so she was indecisive & went back a couple times to decide but she wasn't hurting anything). I'm never going back after this man decided he had to be mean to a little kid!!! read more

They are the rudest people ever! I will never go back. From the moment I walked in it was an inconvenience to serve me. They wouldn't do pedicures on my daughters. read more

My Mother went in to have a pedicure. The women that worked there refused to work on her because the previous year she cad come back after a pedicure and her feet and legs were all scrapped up from it. Because of this she had to wait for a gentleman to work on her. But the women were all very mean and rude to her. She told the man she wouldn't be coming back and on the way out she heard one of the women say, "Don't come back". The man called later to apologize for their behavior after my Dad went in to complain. But the behavior of the women there was unacceptable. The man handled it well but it hurt my mom's feelings and I will avoid this place like the plague. read more

Best place to get a pedi. They have 8 spa chairs so you can get pampered with your friends and family. Would definitely be back!

Horrible service. I just needed to get a nail fixed and three ladies were sitting there they spoke in a different language and did t want to even look at my nails. Such horrible customer service read more

Went yesterday to get a French manicure. The wait was not too bad but when I got called over, the lady was rude, unprofessional and snippy. During my manicure, she was rough with my hands, jerking and pulling them toward her. As she was using the file, she was aggressively twisting my fingers side to side which was hurting me because of my arthritis. I told her she was being too rough with me and it was causing pain. She got defensive and said she had to move my fingers side to side to file them. I told her she was being too aggressive. She acted like she did not care at all. The sorry-ass massage I got was a joke. She never engaged in any conversation with me and was just plain RUDE! At least she knows how to paint nails. I will never go back there! read more

Great service, great job on my nails. I got gel, and it looks so great!! Go here for a great experience.

Our first experience was horrible! After waiting for close to an hour, they were very rude & didn't do as we requested even showing them a pic of what we wanted. We were way over charged & will not ever go back there. read more

I wwnt in to get nails and after they disnt do what I wanted . they wouldnt do lines and you can see my natural nail (the end of it) they look really crappy. Also i aaked for mine and my daughters nails ... They disnt do my daughters and let a girl take my place so i couldn't . worst place ever!! Also the lady was trying to parent my kid. read more

Not a bad little place. Clean. Decent services offered. Reasonable prices-but nothing to write home about. They advertised the orange scrub - and I'm sure this sounds petty, but it was some cut rate - non-fragrant blue stuff....:/. Not bad at all...but nothing to rave about either, read more

How do I give negative stars? They aren't even worth one star!!!! This is the worst place I have ever been to! We made an appointment the day before for 1130 showed up on time and they wouldn't honor our appointment because they took too many walk ins and don't have time to do yours. This is just bad bad business! If u aren't gonna go or appointments don't take them!!!! read more

First off telling your customer you can do something but it will look bad is bad customer service but then to go on and tell them more money for you is ridiculous! I have been to this place a couple time when I really need my nails or toes done and I have witnessed some pretty shady business. Charging me one price and then charging my friend $10 for then same thing. Yelling at little kids that their nails aren't dry. This place is very unprofessional. read more

Had a great pedi last week! Fast, friendly and clean. Only downside is they are cash only, but they do have an atm.

Horrible service, they were super rude started cutting of my nails that needed a simple fill when I told them all I wanted was a fill and a pedicure, when we first went in they told us it would be 50 for a pedicure and a fill, and when we left they charged me 100 after cutting of my nails after saying I wanted a fill and charged my friend 95 for a fill and a pedicure they were super rough, and when we were having troubles pulling money off of our cards since they only take cash and it wasn't letting us pull we tried other ATMs around the area and they still were not working we went back and told them we will come in the morning and pay them since the banks were closed they were so rude to us, they told us to leave or IDs with them (witch we didn't, for the fact you legally need your id to drive and we had to drive home) and they hugged and puffed and told us to leave, there was bugs crawling around in there, the dog was eating nail pieces off of the floor read more

This used to be my go to place. Key word=used to. I was too lazy to make an appointment so I'd just roll up here and put my name on the list. Ive had ok experiences in the past so I'd come back. But today was my last time. I got a pedicure last weekend and the lady didn't even seem to care about her work. The Polish was uneven and didn't even cover the whole nail. And she filed the sides so far down that my nails just look like skinny eggs. Which I don't think you go for in pedicure. And every time I had to put my feet in the water or take them out, she basically jerked them. And when she gave the massage portion she kept staring at me and it felt like eagle talons on my calf, so idk if she was intentionally trying to be rough or what. And I'm on my feet all day so I get pretty calloused feet, and she didn't scrub or grate my heels at all. But this was my first bad experience so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came back this weekend to get it fixed and of course I get the same lady. I decided to get gel this time because my toenails grow so slow that the Polish would be on forever so I think why not. This lady took off all my skin around my nails, my toes were in pain afterward just from being in my shoe. And she filed down the sides even more. And then she just went straight to polish, no massage or lotion that was supposed to be included. And she messed up 3 times just on applying the Polish and had to remove it and start over. And the other ladies came over and it was almost like they were hovering trying to mess her up. Then I asked for a flower, so another lady came over and did the flower, and they did it again. They came over to hover and almost try to mess her up. $50 for the worst pedicure ever. And then an extra $5 for a messed up flower. So I will be making appointments in the future somewhere else read more
