Her passion for what she does shines through the quality of work that she provides! Every product she has recommended for me has done wonders for my skin. I have seen my skin transform since seeing her; it's in the best shape ever, thanks to alma! Here's a breakdown of a couple of services I've received from her: Waxing- she uses different kinds of wax to suite ur skin's needs and makes the experience way less painful! Lash lift- I've had one before by another lady and I was very disappointed. I decided to try again with alma and the lift easily lasted about 8 weeks and my husband thought they were lashes extensions, love! Facials- alma gives u recommendations according to ur skins needs and the facial follows accordingly. Not only is it so relaxing but my skin has improved significantly since seeing her regularly for facials. Don't hesitate to take ur spouse! My husband was hesitant at first, but now asks me when we're going in for another one! I'm an avid yelp user, so no sugar coating here, honest honest review!

I'm always in shock at what she can do and draw by hand. Courtney Kreutzer is amazing. I love her esthetician services she has a steady and light hand. Waxing is nearly painless when you use Courtney. Her lash work is fenomenal, I can't wait for her to graduate nail tech school and become a nail tech here as well because I've been following her work, and it's astonishing. I highly recommend this place. I love they have products, for example, Glitterbels that other salons don't have & the children pedicure chairs are so cute. This salon is ALWAYS trying to find new ways to take care of customers & be a unique and fun beauty salon. You won't regret coming here. As the Salon has chosen to force my hand in the matter I am leaving reviews and spreading the word…read moreon the lack of professionalism as well as the fact that this Salon chose to go on a "tattooing" venture, all the while hiring an artist that if not in Elko county would not be able to tattoo anywhere due to not having their state of Nevada body art card (I confirmed that EVERY OTHER SHOP IN ELKO has artists with this body art card by the way). They have no business having a tattooer in their shop, let alone a brand new artist. My leg is literally black and blue, yellow and green, it looks like someone took a baseball bat to my thigh, the line work is worse then if I went to someones shoddy basement tattooer and they seem to have zero problems allowing such horrific product to come out of their salon. Blow outs, lines missed, scaring, permanent damage, and I had one of the ladies there laugh in my face and say it's not healed you can't say any of that yet.... you guys are an absolute joke. All I requested was a refund- you know so I can go to a reputable tattoo location that can put in the serious time and dedication needed to make this okay. You all should be horrified and ashamed of yourselves. Honest to god. Tell me if you had this on your leg would you be okay with it?

I told the second receptiontist to take the number down if it doesn't belong to them, she said doesn't do that and won't help anything. I asked her why she working there if she won't correct the problem so that people can ask for appointments. She said that," IT WASN'T HER PROBLEM TO HELP PEOPLE".... I ran out !

I decided to try Diamond Nails and shared what I was looking for upon arrival. Unfortunately, the removal process for my dip nails was not ideal--the technician began to pull and grind them off without soaking, causing discomfort. It was only then explained to me that they specialize in acrylic nails and don't offer dip services. Despite scheduling a two-hour appointment for a dip French manicure, I ended up receiving acrylic nails instead, without color. The shade of white available was too bright for the look I wanted. While I appreciated the effort of the staff, the overall experience was disappointing due to miscommunication about services and the painful removal process.

When she started doing the fill, the tips flaked off! She did a great job in replacing the defective ones with a full acrylic set. I like my nails shorter and she got the length perfect.
