TK maxx at Castlepoint is much bigger than the other stores in the area, and although it is very similar Castlepoint does seem to keep itself a little tidier that the others. The handbag and shoe departments especially tend to look better and they seem to have more variety. The prices at TK maxx stores are great big labels at small prices says the slogan and that is certainly true, but although this isn't the closest branch to my home it is a preferred one and with all the free car parking Castlepoint offers it's a great place to shop. **But try to avoid rush hours.you have been warned. read more

This a great shop for finding bargain designer clothes, bags and accessories. It is like a car boot sale filled with gorgeous things as it is a bit random and messy but I have found some little gems in here. Upstairs they have home/kitchen section, gorgeous soy and fragrance candles, some mixed books (including cookery), childrens toys and the big menswear section. The home/kitchen area is brilliant - if you are in castlepoint don't go to robert dyas or lakeland for kitchen stuff - i got my great quality baking trays etc from here at a fraction of the price. The menswear section is also good for buying gifts eg designer wallets, cufflinks etc in nice presented boxes. Downstairs they have womens clothes, loungewear, underwear, a huge gorgeous bag section and beauty section. It is definitely worth rummaging through the clothes as i found Sass & Bide jeans hidden away for £39.99 (usually over 150 pounds!). I also like that they have lots of natural/organic beauty stuff in there quite often such as linden leaves, this works, balance me etc. They have a great range of fragrances too. TK Maxx has always had the jumble sale reputation when I talk about the shop to other people, however if I'm in the area I always pop in to see what bargains I can find. It's usually a new handbag or top, which is generally last season, but the prices are too good to turn down. The store is laid out over two floors but the lift is difficult to find. Seeing at the children's clothes are on the top floor, this part of the layout is very annoying. The shop gets very busy and you can expect to queue for a while before being served especially in peak periods, but the staff cope well with the stress. read more

Tk Maxx in bournemouth is such a fab place to pick up a bargain! I used to live in bournemouth and occasionally pop back there to do a bit of shopping, i find this store a little quieter than most ive been to before, but it still seems to have as much here as anywhere alse. If you're looking for some top quality gear for silly prices then this is the place you should be looking! Lots of bargains, huge range from bags, suitcases, bikinis, all sorts really, and all in one place so you dont have to trot about everyhwere searching them out! read more

This is a large tk maxx, quite well organised as jumble sale stores go! Some good footwear bargains to be had and a large selection of handbags. Lots of cheap surf wear if you hunt through. Also very good for cheap bits for student kitchens. read more

There is plenty of car parking here which is an advantage for carrying away the bargains. I find this the best TK Maxx in the area with two floors of bargains. The have a good range of ladies clothes, shoes and household goods in particular. It just depends what has come in when you visit so worth regular visits to bag those designer makes at a fraction of the cost. read more

This is a huge branch of TK Maxx and is situated right on the Castlepoint shopping centre. It has a huge free car park and the store is on two levels. The downstairs boasts all the footwear accessories and ladies clothes, upstairs is the mens, childrens and household wares. The store is packed with low priced branded goods and you can always grab yourself a bargain. If you want something individual then this is the place to go it has so many unusual things in it. There are loads of changing rooms but they are a bit on the small side. In busy times the queues can be huge but generally they go down pretty quickly. Cool store. read more

I have to say, out of all the TK Maxx's I've been to (and I've been to a lot) this has to be the best one!! For some reason, the selection of clothes they have to offer is just great! My partner loves wearing American brands, and he often finds exactly what he's looking for in this store. As with every store in Castle Point, TK Maxx is open late so it's great if you need to pop there after work!! I know with TK Maxx, you either love it or hate it, but over recent years, TK Maxx has been getting progressively better in terms of the clothes, shoes and accessories they have to offer. read more

this is a relatively large tk maxx and is situated at castle point, which is convenient and parking is also free. TK maxx do as they advert says and sells big name brands at cheap prices, however the shop is usually disorganized and finding something inparticular is virtually impossible. The customer service isnt the greatest but with the prices and quality being so good it is unmissable. there are some unique products and some great fashion items, you just needto have the time and the right mindset to get started on finding those bargains read more

Bargains Bargains Bargains. Really it's a pot luck place. If you are looking for something specific, forget about it - it's a needle in a haystack. But if you go with an open mind to find something you'll be happy. If fashion isn't what you're after, check out their first floor. I picked up the most adorable wooden train advent calenders there last year at a real steal! Their toy section, although limited is great. The latest crazes can often be picked up at a fraction of the RRP. But you really have to get there quick - and if you see something nab it then and there. Unlikely you will find it next time you go.
