I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

The gentleman, I believe is name is Brent, took my order and when I inquired on how long will the parts take to come, he stated the Stihl manufacture ordering site is not allowing him to place the order but will call me with an estimated delivery date once he places it. Of course I didn't receive a call. I called the next day Saturday 10/23 to get an idea. I was told probably Tuesday or Wednesday of the week coming up. I called on Wednesday 10/28 and was told that he doesn't do the deliveries and will find out and let me know.Again no call from them with an update. I called later on Wednesday and was told that parts haven't arrived. So I asked can they let me know when it was shipped or call them to get a tracking number or provide me with the phone number so I can find out. I was told "you'll get it when you get it". Another man gets on the phone and tells me "listen" . No I don't need to listen and disconnected the call because I don't need to be disrespected and spoken to like I am nothing. Now I am upset. They fix equipment and that's what keeps their business running, would they like that response if they are waiting on parts. I don't think so cuz customers will not be happy with the service. They took money and charged me $20 for shipping and can't provide any information or willing to find out. They are a horrible business and I will never go there for anything! Next I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm picky about how the bushes are shaped and they prune them exactly how I like. The crew works quickly and efficiently and they leave no mess behind. They are respectful of my property. They quoted a fair price, showed up on time, and were professional from start to finish. Based on Staten Island they were willing to come to NJ! Candy, the representative I worked with, communicated with me almost daily while we finalized the details of the project, which made the whole process much less stressful. So they did everything we needed of them. Snow plows bobcats and guys shoveling. Once you leave the development you realize dsny hasn't lived up to what they are suppose to do for our city.
