Communication was excellent. There was always a text providing an update on when they would seal my driveway. The first sunny day after a few days of rain, the driveway was sealed. When I told her to keep me on the schedule for now while I decided and get the area ready for them, she snapped at me, said "that's not how we do business, call when you're ready," and hung up on me. Then I called back to report her to the owner; while their work might be good, this person is just nasty, and if she is the only person you're allowed to talk here, I'm better off taking my business elsewhere, in case something else needs to be discussed with something else regarding the job.
