Up-date on Rosie's progress. Our Rosie is a kind and gentle dog. TK Hot observed Rose and changed their training to Rosie's needs. It's paying off. Jodie our trainer spent extra time building Rosie's confidence. Most trainers would just tell you that your dog doesn't have what it takes and send her back. Not TK, they worked at Rosie's pace. Rosie has now passed the gun acclamation test without a flinch. She is doing great at the chase, point and retrieve. Jodie told us that Rosie has a wonderful, natural point. We could not be happier. TK Hot retrievers trained my two year old lab they had her for five months and when I got her back she was so gun shy frayed of her own shadow she was locked up in the dog crate so much the hair on her chest was rubbed off wouldn't recommend them to walk my dog I have witnessed excellent dog trainer's they are the worst I've ever seen lie to your face saying the dog is a junior Hunter and when she sees a gun she runs to the truck thank you Jim!!!!!!!! should've demanded my money back Had to add one star should've had -20 stars at least read more

Wish I could do a zero star for Jim and tk hot retrievers Bought a 3 year old German wire hair form them last year told them I duck hunt 3 days a week Jim told me she was fully trained to hunt ducks geese and pheasants and also blood trail deer and shed hunt Have taken her out multiple times And she will not retrieve any waterfowl Or pheasants took her to another trainer to see what they could do They had her for three months and gave her back and said there was nothing they could do she doesn't have the drive So I was completely scammed by Jim And now have a very expensive house dog Jim can try to get on here and dispute this and I would be glad to send videos of this dog doing absolutely nothing when I take her hunting read more
