When I was looking to get microbladed, I had two absolute MUST criteria: 1) that the person knew what they were doing, and 2) that everything was totally clean and sanitary. If the person also happened to be sweet, professional, conveniently located, etc. that was just icing on the cake. Well, Tricia is ALL OF THESE THINGS!! Where to start!? There are so many positive things about Trisha, her business, and the services she specializes in. From the moment I called Trisha, she was sweet, kind, informative about the services she provides surrounding microblading/combination (as that is what I was inquiring about), and addressed all of my questions/concerns. I called Trisha on Friday and she was able to squeeze me in on Saturday for my first microblading session (amazing because she was super accommodating to my needs & schedule). On Saturday, she was running ahead of schedule & texted me to ask if I can come earlier. I mean, wow! I feel like you cannot get this type of customer service anymore!! I was so impressed already....and that's before I even went in. When I came in on Saturday, Trisha informed me of what she was going to do. Before starting the microblading process, she took her time to show me what my "microbladed brows" would look like, she asked me if I was okay with them, and clarified with me regarding what I wanted from the microblading. She then began microblading-which hurts, but Trisha was super positive and encouraging throughout the process. She chatted with me during the whole process which also helped me In thinking about the pain less :) huge plus...Trisha was easy to talk to, attentive, and funny!
