We drove down from Dallas to go to the beach for a few days, on the way home my truck started spraying coolant all over the highway, and we had to pull over. I called around to all of the shops in the area, and no one would work on the truck right away, I had my wife, crying baby, and two big Labrador retrievers on the side of the road far from home in 95* heat with a broke truck... I needed it fixed quick. The guys at the shop told me to come right over, but that they were busy with other cars. When I arrived they offered to let me use they're tools, and give advice when needed, they gave water to my family, and let my dogs stretch they're legs in the grass. After 6 hours and some busted knuckles we had it going. We were back on the road and the family was happy and safe. When I asked how much money I owed, for all of the help the owner refused to let me pay, saying he was just glad that he could help someone in need. I am still truly amazed at the compassion, and hospitality. These people deserve your business! Next time I drive through, I'm buying them all dinner and beer!

The windshield had a nick not visible on photos. They didn't bother to detail the car. Fees that were agreed to be waived were not waived. Service records that were requested were not provided. My husband and I are both professionals and it was highly disappointing to not be met with a level of respect and honesty to which we are accustomed. Instead, this was the classic greasy used car salesman cliche. It's unfortunate that so much time, energy and money was wasted to pick up a vehicle that was not as advertised. We do not purchase the vehicle and we would not work with them ever again.

My cousin Riley who owns Riley's Auto Detail place recommended to my mom that I should take Chester (my truck) to Danny at A&D Wheel Alignment in Blueberry Hill (suburb of Beeville). I was told A&D' s work really do live up to their reputation. So with that verbal recommendation, I took my truck to A&D Wheel Alignment. For the type of truck I have and year, it was less than $100. Danny seems really nice and recommended another thing I need done to my truck. He told me the cheapest way to go get it done, yet done right. For someone who travels ALOT for work EVERYDAY out of town. I need those sort of recommendations to keep my vehicle in top shape (for an older truck).
