I wrote the below facebook review last year and now today, on the night before our third wedding…read moreanniversary i found that somehow i managed to delete all of our photos off of our flash drive. I thought they were gone forever and i felt like i was going to puke. I messaged Alisha just hoping that like other businesses shed get back to me someday. Well Alisha responded literally immediately. Alisha responded quicker than my mom when i told her i was going in to labor with my first baby. And within the hour i had all of our photos back. Dont even consider looking anywhere else, you will never have not only a better experience with your wedding photographers, but you will never get better customer service in your life. Review from november 10, 2020: Hopefully this is better late than never.. I couldn't say enough amazing things about this duo. Two years ago today Steven and Alisha photographed our wedding. They were completely non invasive but captured incredible moments that bring me right back. So easy going yet professional. I don't wanna boast or anything......... but the photos really speak for themselves. thank you thank you thanks you. Two years later and still completely impressed with this team and soooooo thankful they were available to capture this day for us. Even more so now.

Steven Palm Photography is an extremely professional and talented photography duo. Steven and his…read morewife worked together to make our photos and video epic. I was extremely impressed at the quality and attention we were given by these photographers because the price was not outrageous. Steven Palm Photography is a very professional operation. They provide a contract immediately to help make sure you understand your options and select the package that best fits your needs. They are very communicative and do not mind answering your questions. The entire process was painless, they accept electronic forms of payment and electronic signatures. Further, they are responsive via email. The pictures are phenomenal. While we were taking them not every background was perfection, yet when I look at the individual photos the background is not an issue at all. Steven is so talented that the photo process feels organic. The video was perfection. It was edited to include all the most important parts, including music, and will be treasured for years to come. They provided a flash drive of all the photos that made it easy to print and access each photo. Furthermore, they provide a file of Steven Palm labeled photos that way you can share on social media. I find this to be a very generous aspect. I would use Steven Palm again in a heartbeat.

I needed a new professional headshot. Before our session, Lacey took the time to discuss with me…read morewhat kind of headshot I wanted. She was very thorough to make sure that my headshot was what I was envisioning. Rather than her already having a plan of how the headshot would look like, she asked me how I wanted others to perceive me and how I would describe myself as an individual. She really let me drive how I wanted the headshot to look like. During the session, Lacey was very reassuring, patient, and kind. She made sure I felt comfortable and checked in with how I was feeling. When I was able to view and choose my final headshot, I was amazed at the selection. Lacey had captured everything in our discussion! Due to my work in the nonprofit sector, I had said that I wanted to look confident, yet humble. I wasn't sure if it'd be able to come across in a headshot... but Lacey caught it perfectly. Even my colleagues describe my headshot in the same way I chose to describe myself. I highly recommend Lacey to anyone if they are looking for personalized, professional, and unique photographs.

My husband and I worked with Lacey for our engagement photos. Lacey was absolutely WONDERFUL…read more During our first appointment, she asked us about our vision for the engagement photos because she wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I'm bad at things like that, but we knew we wanted our photos to showcase the desert because my husband and I met and fell in love here in Tucson. She also gave us some guidance for what outfits to wear, and what to expect on the day of the photos. The day we took the photos, Lacey took us to the most perfect spot with lots of grass, cactus, and beautiful views of the mountains... It fit our request for incorporating the desert perfectly! I was really nervous because I'm not exactly a model, but Lacey was so helpful with poses, and her directions were easy to follow and made for some gorgeous photos. It was amazing how efficient she was! The time flew by, and we had a great time with lots of laughs. Lacey has a way of making people feel very comfortable, even when a camera is pointing at them! A couple of weeks later, Lacey had us come into the studio to view our pictures. She made a slide show (set to music!) of all of our photos. They were so. beautiful. We had a hard time choosing our favorites! She gave us lots of time to look at the photos and choose our favorites. Then she worked some kind of magic on them, because when we got our order a couple of weeks after that, they were even more gorgeous than when we picked them out earlier. She perfectly captured our love for each other and the desert. Lacey is an artist, and she puts so much care and love into the work she does. As a customer, I could definitely tell that Lacey cared about me and my needs, which I appreciated so much! If you need portraits done for you or your family, you should definitely give her a call!!
