We were so pleased with our engagement photos that we couldn't wait to see our wedding pictures. Chris has amazing attention to detail. His work included all the decorations, shots of every guest, beautiful family photos, shots of me getting dressed for the wedding with my bridesmaid, which i didn't think I wanted, and now I am so happy that I have. There are amazing photos of the toasts, reception, etc. Nothing got missed. We even arranged for Chris to set up a "photo booth" for us, and the photos of our family and friends are delightful. I would choose Chris again for any special event or family photos. He really is wonderful. Thank you, Chris for helping to make our day especially memorable.

He does a great job of listening to what you and your partner do and don't like, but balances your with preferences with what he knows works and will look good. He is also great at capturing moments of honest emotion, including one of my favorite photos of my bridesmaids and me, in which we're all laughing openly. The mix of staged and candid shots gave us both those "professional" photos that will go on our walls, as well as many natural, special moments that we will treasure ourselves. I highly recommend Chris. He's smart, fun, and extremely talented. You can't pick a better photographer!

I needed a new professional headshot. Before our session, Lacey took the time to discuss with me…read morewhat kind of headshot I wanted. She was very thorough to make sure that my headshot was what I was envisioning. Rather than her already having a plan of how the headshot would look like, she asked me how I wanted others to perceive me and how I would describe myself as an individual. She really let me drive how I wanted the headshot to look like. During the session, Lacey was very reassuring, patient, and kind. She made sure I felt comfortable and checked in with how I was feeling. When I was able to view and choose my final headshot, I was amazed at the selection. Lacey had captured everything in our discussion! Due to my work in the nonprofit sector, I had said that I wanted to look confident, yet humble. I wasn't sure if it'd be able to come across in a headshot... but Lacey caught it perfectly. Even my colleagues describe my headshot in the same way I chose to describe myself. I highly recommend Lacey to anyone if they are looking for personalized, professional, and unique photographs.

Lacey was absolutely WONDERFUL…read more During our first appointment, she asked us about our vision for the engagement photos because she wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I'm bad at things like that, but we knew we wanted our photos to showcase the desert because my husband and I met and fell in love here in Tucson. She also gave us some guidance for what outfits to wear, and what to expect on the day of the photos. The day we took the photos, Lacey took us to the most perfect spot with lots of grass, cactus, and beautiful views of the mountains... It fit our request for incorporating the desert perfectly! I was really nervous because I'm not exactly a model, but Lacey was so helpful with poses, and her directions were easy to follow and made for some gorgeous photos. It was amazing how efficient she was! The time flew by, and we had a great time with lots of laughs. Lacey has a way of making people feel very comfortable, even when a camera is pointing at them! A couple of weeks later, Lacey had us come into the studio to view our pictures. She made a slide show (set to music!) of all of our photos. They were so. beautiful. We had a hard time choosing our favorites! She gave us lots of time to look at the photos and choose our favorites. Then she worked some kind of magic on them, because when we got our order a couple of weeks after that, they were even more gorgeous than when we picked them out earlier. She perfectly captured our love for each other and the desert. Lacey is an artist, and she puts so much care and love into the work she does. As a customer, I could definitely tell that Lacey cared about me and my needs, which I appreciated so much! If you need portraits done for you or your family, you should definitely give her a call!!

He was easy to communicate with through email and when we met to do the engagement photos, I could immediately trust him to find good backgrounds, lighting, poses, etc. That let me focus on hubby. We got the pictures quickly through a Dropbox link, which was convenient since I don't live in Tucson. For our wedding, he knew the venue already so I gave a few instructions and then trusted him to make the rest look great. He was easy going and quick and dependable. It was great. Even better? He had the photos online and on a CD that he hand delivered to our hotel hours before we left Tucson, the next day. Wow!! And as part of our package with the venue, we got a free photo album once I told him my favorites. I dropped the ball on that and emailed him a year later to ask if I could still get that done. He was gracious and just a few weeks later we had our album delivered. Honestly, Michael was the best vendor that I worked with for our wedding and the pictures are stunning. I can't thank him enough for everything.

He produces exquisite photos (my Dad was a photographer so I have tough standards!) but more than that, he creates ease and joy when he takes pictures. Not only were his photos…read morebeautiful, but he was a joy to work with from our engagement shoot to the wedding and even afterwards. He took time to get to know us as people, not just as clients. We felt cared about, prioritized, and part of the photography process. In preparation for our engagement shoot, he asked if we had any special ideas of what we'd like to do for the shoot. He gave a few ideas but emphasized that it should be something reflective of who we are as a couple. We ended up doing a really fun powder paint "fight" and it was so much fun! Sergio is great at helping people loosen up and have fun in front of the camera! My husband and I joke about our engagement shoot- Sergio coaching us on how to relax a bit... his first suggestion was that my husband do 5 push-ups! We had a great laugh and Sergio actually snuck in a shot of this happening! He quickly became well-known by our wedding party as the gumby-legged photographer who would get into any ninja position to get the best shot. One of the most special aspects of Sergio's photography is that it doesn't just capture the moments from your wedding day. It also captures the feelings in those moments. When my husband and I were looking at photographers' portfolios, what stood out to us with Sergio's was that he didn't just take hundreds of pictures of the bride and groom. He caught the little moments, things that probably nobody else noticed. My dad doing a little funky dance by himself, my husband's best friend whispering something in his ear, my sister spraying medicine in my throat (since I lost my voice that morning). Silly little details that don't seem significant at all, but in looking back helps remember how special that day felt. We have stunning portrait photos from the wedding, but more importantly we also have hundreds of photos of our family and friends. I didn't realize until it happened, but your wedding day is surreal, because there's no other time when all of the most important people in your life are in the same place at the same time. I am so glad we had Sergio with us, because he knew how important it was to us to capture that and preserve it forever. 100 stars. Everything we could've hoped for.
