But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

He went to where the product was normally stocked and it was sold out. He could have said "sorry it is sold out". But he looked up and said there might be one on top of the shelves. He went and got a latter and found what I was looking for and handed me the last one of this items in the store. What a great employee Jamey is.

Hay was dropped off on a Sunday and asked to be cleaned and re-shaped. No paperwork given or processed quote and the "cleaning lady" wasn't there so was told the hat would be cleaned on Monday. My husband was called to come in because the "cleaner" they used made the hat worse and tried to say the cleaner sometimes makes the spots come out darker?!?!?! (But they would keep working on it) after a week they call to pick it up and said they could clean it and wouldn't charge us! After asking my they took the hat to be cleaned if they knew they couldn't clean it, they told us that we should have know they couldn't clean a felt Stetson hat and they "work 10hr days and cleaning hats isn't their only job!" (Even though they advertise a dedicated hat bar in their store with a cleaning service") when my husband told the lady it was an expensive hat and he wanted to speak to the owner, the lady told he "she knew how much his hat was". The owner called us today and proceeded to cuss my husband out on the phone and told him he wouldn't work with a "customer like us" and he was donating our hat to charity! We have already filed a BBB complaint...I regret not coming and looking at these reviews before even stepping foot into that store! He and his staff are the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the customer service/retail industry. Buyer beware!! Response to the owner-the only people causing chaos were your staff! There was no finger pointing or yelling by us, in fact the only people yelling were your staff, we never even raised our voices. I had to stop your staff multiple times from belittling my husband in front of the customers that were walking into your store so the only "chaotic situation" that was created was by your store! You all have mastered the art of deflection for sure...I will give you that! I also wish I had photos of the before so everyone could see the mess you all created. Granted, we came on a Wednesday late afternoon so I'd imagine the weekend will be a bit more packed. Coming from Los Angeles a metropolitan area, I'd have to say the Edgewater Mall is not bad and I'm sure back then it was really packed. Food court had decent amount of options including a Chick-Fil-A. Some stores were closed I'm sure due to the effects of the pandemic and online shopping. I ate at Big Ben's BBQ and it was alright. The cashier was on the slower side and I had to repeat multiple times of what I wanted on my burger. Overall: I would stop by Edgewater Mall again whenever I'm in Biloxi although I'm mostly going to do window shopping and just try different restaurants at the food court.

Plaid is a style). So what in the world does that have to do with a Dillard's in Biloxi, MS? Just the other day I was bumping Big Tymers in my ride and heard this song. I was near the mall and it reminded me that I needed some new outfits. Dillard's to the rescue. This location is attached to a traditional walk around inside mall. Parking is easy since this is one of the anchor stores. There are several lots and none were particularly full. Inside the store had all of the traditional Dillard's things you already know about. I headed straight for the men's clothing. I was able to try on a bunch of stuff and find some jeans and plaid shirts that I purchased. I could have probably found clothes for less at other stores, but I was looking for a specific brand of jeans and they had them here. Check out was relatively painless and the cashier was friendly and professional. If you need to stay fly, check out Dillard's.
