I have been to a couple of shopping malls in the south and I have to say, this mall is decent for the area. Edgewater Mall has tons of parking spots but not many customers coming in. Granted, we came on a Wednesday late afternoon so I'd imagine the weekend will be a bit more packed. Coming from Los Angeles a metropolitan area, I'd have to say the Edgewater Mall is not bad and I'm sure back then it was really packed. Food court had decent amount of options including a Chick-Fil-A. Some stores were closed I'm sure due to the effects of the pandemic and online shopping. I ate at Big Ben's BBQ and it was alright. The cashier was on the slower side and I had to repeat multiple times of what I wanted on my burger. Overall: I would stop by Edgewater Mall again whenever I'm in Biloxi although I'm mostly going to do window shopping and just try different restaurants at the food court. read more

Shouldn't we just be glad there are still malls to go to? It has a very nice selection of stores. Anchored by JCPenney, Belk, Dillard. Very few vacant spaces. Interior seems a little dated, but it's a mall. If you want to shop while vacationing in Biloxi, this is a nice choice. Reasonably priced and friendly service. read more

My initial thought on this place when I walked in was, "Wow" and it wasn't a good wow, but by the end of my visit I realized this place was alright and had some potential. I can tell that this was a mall that used to be a lot bigger/better back in the day (like most malls, lets be honest). Making another assumption but I assume that Katrina is a big reason why the mall has hit somewhat of a snag. That being said, based on all of the things going against it, it's got some promise. In terms of department stores they've got JCPenney, Belk, and Dillard's. In addition there's a Books a Million, American Eagle, Bath & Body works, Victoria Secret, Hot Topic, Lids, At&t store and more. The mall itself is a lot bigger than I expected. From the area I walked in, it felt closed off and a lot of that area was closed in general, but the way the mall is set up you have to walk through a hallway like area and then it opens up to the main portion of the mall which was brighter and had all of the shopping. The drag of this place is the food court. Really needs some work. While it does have some options like a boba tea, chinese, pizza place and one or two more, it's so dimly lit and dark it just doesn't feel cozy at all. It gives off a completely different vibe from the rest of the mall. The mall is great for the region and not bad if you're visiting and maybe forgot something before you left or just want some retail therapy. read more

Typical mall. Had everything you expected. I was excited to see the rock wall and bungy jump indoor areas but there was no one manning them when I walked by. I only came in here to hide out from the rain. Seemed pretty clean overall , had a huge bookstore which I adored. If you are looking to wander aimlessly inside this is the spot to go. Holiday time they had a Santa and a Grinch taking photos ! That was a highlight of my quick trip. read more

It wasn't the mall that was so bad, but today there were a bunch of kiosks..and I happened to step foot into a no name kiosk to get my eyebrows threaded...biggest mistake ever! I step up, no sign in sheet..no biggie. But the lady that did my eyebrows did a horrible job. My eyebrows needed to be fixed since they weren't even so she said she would clean up the good one and shape the other to match. I said ok because I didn't want too much done I just wanted them to be even. While she was in the process I have to hold my eyebrow up in a certain way and the whole time she was getting telling me to pull tighter and put my hands in a certain way..and mind you I have been to many eyebrow threading before and never once have they ever said anything about my hand positioning..and if there was an issue they never were mean about it. Because she somehow got so frustrated took a break and asked me if I liked my eyebrows the way they were or to get my "pulling tightness" right. So already a red flag. I let her continue and when she was done I looked in the mirror and was horrified. She completely made them look even worse. They were so thin it was unbelievable. I was trying to be nice and say it's not that good but I could not help myself and started crying because they look so bad. In her eyes she said they look beautiful and even but no..completely wrong. The inner eyebrows are complete off and do not even match at all. She took a picture in the beginning and kept telling me to look and compare and say that I had no hair there to begin with but I know for a fact there was hair she just kept on plucking! I just kept asking her why why didn't she just clean I'm up like she was supposed to and what I asked for instead of making them thin and scares. She did not make me pay but she still had the nerve so say when I go home and realize that they look good then I can come back and pay her! Yea right never again will I ever step foot there. Anyways..her kiosk is right by the Chick-fil-A..do not even think about getting your eyebrows done there she will ruin them. read more

Worst Mall I've ever been to and unfortunately it's all we have around here. Most of the stores are ghetto and lame local boutiques. The food court is a joke and there is absolutely nowhere for a middle aged man or woman that has any class what so ever to shop at unless you want to spend twice as much at Dillards. Edgewater Mall located on the Biloxi beach just a few miles west of the casinos. The big brand stores are Dillard's, Belk, and JCPenny. Just recently announced, a state of the art movie theatre will be built where Sears was. Construction has already started! A food court is available, and seasonal holiday pictures are sold here as well with Santa and the Easter Bunny. All and all it's not a bad mall, you can get good walking exercise without the bad weather. Covered parking is available near Belk. read more

A traditional mall on the edge of the water. Get it? If you need to visit a national department store, this is where you should come. It's clean, cool, and parking is a breeze. With all these positives, why the low review? Here's why: Vapers. Vapers everywhere. I realize that Mississippi is ranked at the bottom of many lists, but I happen to love it. But some things leave me scratching my damn head and allowing vaping indoors is one of them. Picture this; I walked from JC Penny into the inside of the mall to head towards Dillard's. I was greeted by an odd smell that was a combination of fruit loops, waffles, antifreeze and major douche. Then I saw the kiosk surrounded by people blowing out massive clouds of vape. Seriously Edgewater? You allow a kiosk that not only sells vape juice, but encourages shitheads to sit around and stink up the whole fucking mall? I am not exaggerating when I say that the cloud of vape was so large that if I had not smelled the douchiness, I would've pulled the fire alarm. Once past those tool bags I thought I was done. NOPE! This mall not only allows a kiosk of vape, it allows people to walk around vaping. What. In. The. Fuck? I cannot accurately describe how disgusted I was. Why anyone would want to walk around while a bunch of losers blow out those clouds of shit is beyond me. Get your shit together Edgewater. Ban the vapers. read more

Had to stop here to charge my car. Spent a few hours shopping in the mall while the car charged. Came out and the security guard came by several times to ask me to "move it" because the manager told him to ask us. We spent over $500 at the mall, and told him so, he said he didn't care. Total ass. Avoid this place, especially if you're not a local. BTW, my car is Jaguar electric, so it's not like I had a clunker in their parking lot. This mall is in Biloxi MS. Maybe that explains why there aren't too many good stores here. Guess the big retailers don't want to risk putting money into a slow market. I used to come to this mall all the time when my sister lived in Biloxi. You either went to the casino, the beach, or the mall for leisurely fun when on the MS Gulf Coast. The Edgewater Mall has a few anchor stores but those stores are Sears, JCPenney's, Dillard's, and Belk. Not really stores that make you excited to go shopping (well Belk is decent). Besides those there aren't too many good clothing stores at this mall. The food outlets in the food court are all local businesses except for the Chick-Fil-A. Parking is easy because this mall is rarely ever busy. It seems like half the people that come to this mall are from the nearby Keesler AFB. The best thing about the mall, though, is that it is directly across the street from the beach. read more

If your a tech school student or a student taking advance classes at Keesler AFB, Edgewater Mall is a fun place to hang out or shop and get away from your dorm room. The food court tables are always being attended to. Once a patron finishes eating, I alway see someone wipe off the table and push in the chairs! I had bigger expectations for this mall. Went on a whim on the weekend with the family. The stores are about average- it has the basics that you usually need. Why did I give 3 stars? Thankfully this mall has a Chick-Fil-A in their food court. That is a god-send! The arcade area was very outdated and what really disappointed me is that they have no children's play area. I've never been to a mall that doesn't have an area for kids to play. Maybe I've been spoiled from before. They do have a carousel, but didn't stop by to see it. An okay mall- but I don't think I will be back unless they have a special event. read more

Just your average small mall. I wanted to bring my family to see the sand sculpture but they were still sculpting it. The world's largest puzzle is supposedly inside this mall. Some anchor stores and other regular mall stores are located there. If you need relief from the heat then come take a stroll! read more

This is a mall circa 1975. To say it blows is being generous. Most of the stores are for cheap clothing or crap knickknacks. In the ten months we've been here since moving from CA, I have been to this mall 3 times never once finding what I was looking for. Thank the gods in heaven for internet shopping! These days I make the long haul to Baton Rouge's Mall of America. The decor of Edgewater Mall is dated. It smells. It's dreary and drab looking, and it needs fresher stores. The only good thing about it is the Books A Million, and one doesn't have to enter the mall to go to the bookstore. read more

Have to give this four stars. It's the only mall in the Gulf Coast, just minutes west of the Coliseum and Beauvoir (Jeff Davis home). I like the food court inside the mall, with a good variety of food to choose from. Personally, I like their Chick-fil-A inside this mall. Back when I shopped there last February while on vacation, I found many creative things inside there. Every winter, I loved the sand castle masterpieces, notably the dragons of '15, and decades of '14. They've got a sports memorabilia store, a video game store, book store, tobacco store, and your favorite department stores such as Sears, Belk, and Dillards. Only concern is that I wish this mall was larger. If living in this area, this is the only mall you get, and it's worth the top dollar. read more

This mall has your classics like Dillard's (my favorite for shoes), JCPenney, and Belk. The food court has some OK choices, but could have more options. This mall is not the business. You can go here for your kids. They do have a Dillards, Belk (I think) and JC Penny's but it's not going to be the higher end items. Very basic items. I'm actually surprised this mall is still open. My experience is that if an outlet mall comes to a small town, you may as well get rid of the regular mall. Maybe it's because I am from a bigger city but this mall mostly just has your basic shoe stores and clothing stores. The food court has alot to offer but all the scents combined smell like one big trash can. I've gone to this mall a couple of times when we HAD to and my husband and I always get very poor customer service. Especially at the Lady Foot Locker and Hallmark store. The ladies at Victoria's secret are very sweet and professional but I assume the company knows what they are doing. The Lady Foot Locker is the worst place to go and that's sad considering it is a specialty store and you have no other choice to get great athletic shoes, if you are a female. read more

we were all expecting all of the regular stores would be there, but they weren't. it's mostly clothing stores, not even the candy store was there, anymore and the yogurt shop wasn't even open. the books a million was incredible, as always (except for the closed shop). it really looks like an almost abandoned mall right now. they are really taking their time on replacing the stores. when the cinema opens, i'm certain that the atmosphere will be much better! read more
