Small bedroom needed to become a laundry room, storage room and larger than average stairs to the attic (removing completely the pull-down access in the corridor). On top of that, the unheated porch has been remodeled as a heated, insulated office space with direct access to the now-master suite. As part of the process, we needed to make modifications to the second bedroom and bathroom to accommodate plumbing for the former attic. I was nervous about such a large project. Jeff assured me that the increase in the house value and home comfort would be well worth it. He was right. He and Lenny (who is a master craftsman) either did the work themselves, or hired the right subcontractors to complete the work not only IN budget, but ON time, and with amazing skill and consideration. That included needing to unexpectedly replace the front door, adding insulation to unexpected places, and shifting an existing heat source to the now-office. Lenny and Jeff worked with me to create a layout that worked well for us as well as economizing and maximizing project effectiveness. As problems arose (as they always will), they worked with me to solve them and move quickly to the next step. I initially gave them a chance because my neighbor across the street told me that they had done an excellent job on her basement. As time goes by, I will definitely be calling on these guys first. With so many "contractor horror stories"out there, I am really happy to honestly say that I trusted them with my house and I would recommend them without reservation to friends, family, coworkers or the guy down the street. All in - 10 weeks, about 70k. Very happy with the results.

Hired for driveway and walkway in September 2025. After 3 months and a naby, many delays the…read morewalkway was done but it was installed up to the stairs incorrecty. They only left a 3" step which is illegal. Left a ton of cement in the driveway that we had to break up and remove because it was starting to snow. He did not do anything with the driveway because several times he didn't show up when he said he was coming. Then it was too cold to pour asphalt. Took a $2000 deposit for the driveway. Original quote for the walkway was change 3 times each time increasing with an unfounded reason. Have tried reaching out to him this week to try and resolve the issues but he has not reponded. Looks like we will need to take him to court to recoup our money.

Andrew and his team was awesome we have never had such a great experience with a contractor. I…read morecalled Andrew he came over to give us an estimate right away and within a week started the work and finished it within a week. We had them paint walls and ceilings, add crown molding, cover AC duct work in two bed rooms and add wainscoting to one of the bedrooms. The painter that Andrew brought in did an amazing job as well. They all went above and beyond to help us. We also had a banister the was remove from our stairwell many years ago and we ask for them to install it and let us know what it would cost but just hung it free of charge. Andrew is also very good at knowing what would look good and made some awesome suggestions for example we only thought we would just have them drywall around the AC duct but he suggested the bead-board and as you can see by the picture it looks awesome. He also suggested an option to cover our ugly baseboard heater by building a wood surround that we could even use as a small shelf for charge phones or tablets, etc. that we loved the idea but where the heater is located would be blocked by furniture and would not be practical for that room. We will put Andrew on our speed dial to call in the future for other projects. Andrew took notes about what we wanted and did exactly what we wanted without having to repeat anything he paid attention to everything we said he was our only estimate based on our first meeting with him he made such a great impression right from the get-go. We can't thank him enough for the awesome experience.
