FRIED ARTICHOKES // Our favorite dish! I've never seen fried artichokes served like this. They were cut into thin slivers, battered and fried, resulting in very addictive and crispy artichoke chips. SWEET + SOUR EGGPLANT // The eggplant was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. The glaze wasn't overly sweet - second favorite! QUINOA // My least favorite dish. The quinoa was very plain, and would have benefited from more seasoning and veggies. Not something I would order while out at a restaurant. To start of, the service at this establishment was sublime, the attention to detail and friendliness didn't go unnoticed. We started off with some complementary canapés which consisted of diced tuna, avocado, cucumber on a thin wheat cracker. Delicious! Main Course: * The red tuna tartar with pickled seaweed salad was an absolute hit! Strong flavors but not overpowering in any sense. It melts in your mouth! * Another menu item we ordered was the beef burger "hamburguesa de buey" toped with Brie cheese and onion chips a rare treat for the palate. *The dinner came to an end with an assortment of delicious complementary chocolates and a innovative pineapple smoothie which acted as a great digestive.
