Before August 1 2019, all Tivoli residents recieved an email that the fitness center was being renovated. It was slated to be completed in less than 4 weeks. It is now January 2020, going on the sixth month of said fitness center closure! The office has received many inquiries and complaints, as residents pay for said service. Many excuses have been given, such as the roof needed to be fixed, the air conditioning was nonfunctional, and others. To Tivoli's credit, I was reimbursed the one time fee for the center. However, this does no excuse the fact it is still closed down 6 months later! It comes across that Tivoli does not care for residents.

Feces

Waiting for 8 days for them to clean up the feces in front of my door or turn on the water so I can clean it myself! It's disgusting, overpriced and cockroach infested!!!

My review is mixed. The price is good for the area. It's much lower than surrounding complexes. That being said, you get what you pay for. The appliances are old, and the place generally needs updating. The "state-of-the-art" gym (as they describe it online) is laughable. It is not at all maintained. There are many free weights missing, the machines are OLD, and the seats on them are split down the middle. It looks like someone's old garage gym. They allow dogs, which is a huge plus for me, as many places around here don't. I did feel safe here, but about a month ago, THIRTY-ONE Hondas got broken into in a single night. There are street lights out that haven't been replaced for months...even after the break-ins. They were never addressed by management. I don't feel super safe here anymore. There are several, pretty nice pools in the complex and two, non-functional hot tubs. The beach chairs around the pool are, like many other things here, breaking. There are tennis courts which, while not super pretty, I imagine would serve their purpose. It's reasonably quiet here most of the time, and I've met nice neighbors. The thing that the earlier post said about the maintenance department entering your apartment without calling first is true. You can submit requests online, and I ALWAYS ask them to call first so that I can put my dog away. He gets nervous around strangers and will bite if he feels threatened. They NEVER call. They just open the door. It's invasive. Requests are taken care of promptly, though. I would recommend living here if you're budget conscious and don't need a bunch of amenities...and if you don't leave valuables in your car.

We have loved living here the past 2 years. They have pretty competitive rates for the market/area so I'm grateful to them for giving us middle-class workers a decent place to live without going broke. Their parking lots and the main road through the community could be less bumpy but I have seen them cleaning things up along the way. They are currently updating the wall/signage around the community to make it look nicer. There are always workers around picking up trash, keeping up with the lawn, and checking out the pools. Plenty of volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts to play around on. I've recommended Zoraida to everyone interested in leasing. She's very professional and gets back to you promptly. So far we've had 1 family member move in who's been enjoying it and 1 friend hopes to get in soon . It's a great area close to all main roads/highways, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores abound. Nice little lakes all throughout the community to walk. One of the only rental communities with less strict pet policies unless that was changed in the past 2 years. They have recently implemented parking stickers and a security guard fleet. I would give 5 stars but the community still has a bit of cleaning up that needs to happen. I live in a nice apartment in Tivoli Lakes Club but looking around at some of the other complexes in Tivoli Park, they look old and their parking lots look very crammed. Our appliances are old but we've gotten used to them. It's going to take time to clean up parts of this community but truly Tivoli and Natura as a whole, continue to be one of the most comfortable places to live in Deerfield Beach if you can't afford to buy a home in the area.

My family has lived here for 3 years with the decline in safety, amenity convenience, maintenance fulfillment however an increase in regulations, police presence and of course rent. Do not judge a book by its cover, when we did the initial tour (3 years ago) everything seemed acceptable. After one week of living here we had to have mold removed, drawers fixed and cracks in various places began to emerge from the cover up of paint. Every year Management gets more uncompromising and demanding without probable reason. Below I will list the major issues that support your decision of not choosing Solaire as your residence. 1. Within the first month of living here we had to have mold inspected, resealing of cracks, and paint applied over full areas where there had been previous water damage. 2. They are overly communicative for their needs but neglectful to yours. We have never been late for rent in 3 years and one month we were changed the 10% fee for "being late." Chelsea had administered the late fee without contacting us to figure out what the issue may be and again accused us of not paying rent. After showing her proof of payment being made she apologized and ended the call. 3. There was an issue which we had tiny bugs gathering on our wall, it appeared to come from water damage and they simply painted over the area, bugs included. Same with the mold, they scrape it and then cover it with paint. 4. We were out of town and apparently there was an emergency leak from our apartment to the lower unit on a Friday. When we returned on Sunday every light in our unit was on. Seems petty but when the stair light, kitchen light, and restroom light is on with a dehumidifier running for 3 days straight, we are incurring that power bill not the apartment. Very unacceptable. 5. Moving out has already started to be an issue and we have a week remaining in this place. They will charge you for EVERYTHING including dust, cobwebs and day to day living wear and tear. We had to beg for a carpet cleaning when our lease renewed last year. This was not given in the initial move in contract ever. The new place we are relocating to openly expressed what is expected upon move out. Solaire has never until move out was confirmed in which they placed a communication on our door. When we first moved in rent was a little under $2000, I understand times are different now but each year it increased at least $200. For us to renew this year would have been $2500 but as a new tenant our unit is going for $3000+. I will give Solaire a 4/10.

Especially as a woman walking late at night and having to go trough gates to get to my place. It's insane. No parking due to everyone who has a garage and doesn't park in their garage. It's ridiculous. I've taken pictures of garages and sent to the office. Everyone utilizes them for storage or work space. I have neighbors with 4 plus cars. 2 of those cars do not have red stickers. All residents with garages should have red stickers. They need to re do the parking and distribute new parking decals to make sure everyone has the correct stickers. We need assigned parking. 2 per unit. And everyone else should park where else is available. Every other community has assigned parking. And then visitor parking. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. I suggest other residents follow.

Having lived in some of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan and San Francisco, including owning a property on Central Park West, I can confidently say that The Mark is the best place I've ever called home--and I love it more every time I sign a new lease. I was one of the original tenants when this building first opened, moving in with a one-bedroom. When my fiancé and I got engaged, he moved here from 101 Via Mizner, and we upgraded to a spacious three-bedroom together. Best decision we've ever made. People often ask us why we don't buy, but the truth is--why would we? We have everything we need right here--and then some. The management team, led by Jonathan, is absolutely outstanding. Jonathan and Bentley are more than just building staff--they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure that we're happy and well taken care of. I've encountered some truly awful building staff in my day, but they are the complete opposite: friendly, approachable, and fully committed to making this the best living experience possible. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I've never felt more at home. From routine requests to more complex issues, Jonathan and Bentley are always quick to respond--even on weekends, when high-maintenance tenants like me need something stat. The maintenance team--Alejandro and Alex--are absolute rock stars. They are always on top of things, addressing any issue that comes up with a level of professionalism and care that's hard to come by. A perfect example: when we had an AC issue, they didn't just fix the problem--they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was resolved to our exact specifications, and quickly, too. The level of service here is truly unparalleled. We also feel incredibly safe here, thanks to Lloyd at the front desk, who greets us with a smile every time we pass by and ensures that we're well taken care of. In today's world, where safety is paramount, it's so reassuring to have people looking out for us and making sure everything runs smoothly. As for the building itself--it's impeccable. Modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. The location couldn't be better--we're right in the heart of everything we love: bars, restaurants, gyms like Rumble and Spin District, plus nail and hair salons, Trader Joe's, and CVS, all within walking distance. At this point, we hardly drive anywhere. It's truly the epitome of convenience. So, to anyone wondering why we don't buy--honestly, why would we leave when we're so well taken care of? Renting here has been the best decision we could have made, and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and the absolute best management and maintenance team in Boca Raton, look no further. This building is hands down the best in town--and trust me, we know what's out there.

All the bad reviews are from people who blame Margaret (the property manager) that they discriminated against, but the truth is they weren't able to get an apartment due to their poor credit history or lack of references. There is an amazing mix of renters from diverse backgrounds here (Jamaican, Hatian, Latino, Brazilian, AA, White), so any insinuation that a particular race is not welcome here is nonsense. The reason why the administration is so particular about who lives here is because they all live here. Margaret, her assistant Fany (who is married to Tim the head of maintenance), the lead maintenance man Virgilio and his son...they ALL live on site. My neighbors were always great and trustworthy...very family oriented. I could leave my car doors unlocked, and a couple times forgot my house keys in the door and never once did I have anything stolen. You will RARELY find any litter on the ground. The pool area is well maintained. The gym is very dated (picture a circa 1985 high school gymnasium) but clean. Any time you need maintenance, you submit your request via their app and it will most likely be fixed by Virgilio that same day. Rents here are always significantly less than other complexes. We were paying under $1,800/mo for a 2 bed 1.5 bath two story unit. Rents go up every year to keep up with the inflating cost of maintenance, but they never price gouge. Rents are always fair, and I promise you won't find anything nicer in the same price range. This is a great place to live.
