I was referred to Tito by an acquaintance. He was to paint my one bedroom condo 850 ft.². He was to remove wallpaper in a half bath and a 5 foot wall in kitchen as well as paint. He did NOT remove the wallpaper but painted on it! He only put one coat of paint in condo (already had one coat of paint by another painter. He charged $5000 for the paint job. He charged additional $2000 to remove the popcorn ceiling, but did not cover my flooring and belongings, and as a result, everything was covered with dust and dirt and debris! He chipped and scratched my fan blades. Poor quality paint job next to the lighting on the ceiling.
He used my personal belongings without permission and ruined them, including a brand new vacuum cleaner, new brooms, new stools, spilled paint on carpet, gouges, and nicks on floors, paint on new wood floors, chipped tile in kitchen, chipped furniture, torn fabric on sofa, paint on $2000 dining room table, etc. None of the walls were prepped before painting.
I give this guy zero stars. He's dishonest, overcharged me, and did poor quality work. I am a single woman, and he took advantage of me!
There are more negative results to report. I will have to write another review with photos at a later date, but wanted to get this out now. read more
