Scammer alert!! We've had this title pawn for several months and have tried to pay it down by making weekly payments in addition to our monthly payment. We just found out the weekly payments have applied to the regular monthly payment instead of the principal (like we asked). We assumed this was our mistake for not specifying every time to apply the weekly payment to the principal. Today we called to make the weekly payment, the rep was told to apply the $25 payment to the principal. Payment was accepted and confirmation was given. 2 minutes after hanging up with them, they called back to say they charged another entire $141 payment (we made the regular monthly payment last week). Then they told us it would take 5-7 days for them to refund the payment back to our card. Best compromise they could come up with after I demanded an immediate refund was we can go pick up a check for the overpayment. Shady shady shady.. read more
