Rick and his assistant manager are both liars and thief's. My elderly parents took out a 10 years…read moreloan with the manager Rick and Kathy, the assistant manager at the time. From the start, Rick and Kathy messed their account up, and made it a 15 year loan. They didn't pay off half the creditors with the funds my parents borrowed. Their loan was supposed to be paid off last month, May 3rd. The last payment slip was paid. They are changing my parents close to an extra $2000.00. When I made the last payment myself, Chandy told me that my mother came in and redone their loan. How is an elderly, 67 year old woman that can't drive, get their to refinance a loan?? They will cheat, lie, and steal for each other. We are in the process of trying to get a regional manager or someone to step in and help my parents. When I spoke to Rick about the situation, he told me my mother was crazy. She took bits and pieces of different conversation and made up what she wanted to believe. He's lucky we were in a business setting and not out in the streets. My mother is a good Christian woman and wouldn't steal from or lie to anyone. I would advise anyone, no matter how much you may need a loan, GO ELSEWHERE. I will post this review on every platform I can. Rick knows he messed their loan up but would rather keep the money to keep his "reputation" in tact than admit he made a mistake and fix it. I know they will respond to this review with some excuse or accuse my parents but BE WARNED, if they done it to my parents, they'll do the same to you!!!!
