When I call in for help to a real person, they say "THIS IS HAPPENING TO MANY ACCOUNTS TODAY". But they offer no help in resolving the problem. This happened today, Wed June 7 --NO FIX = I cannot get into my account except in-person during open bank hours; and this happened about three weeks ago and took THREE WEEKS to fix, and only was only resolved not because they reached out to me, but because I reached out to them for the umpteenth time. If I could quit them, I would, but still have a loan with them. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH THEM.

But my last in person visit I finally got to meet the super sweet staff that has been handling my deposits. Seriously. They are the sweetest staff ever!! If it wasn't for the fact that it's hard for me to make deposits when I'm out of the state, I'd make this bank my PRIMARY and forget about every other bank account. I love them.
