Bad experience. After 2 trips to Airway and I-10 Office having wrongfully forms filled up I couldn't transfer the title to my name. I decided to go to Canutillo office and the manager provided wrong information to fill up the title and now the title is ruined. DMV will not accept a title with a mistake. I am stuck now. read more

It's a debt trap, don't do it. They will do everything they can to keep you from paying off your loan. I've paid my loan back at least 4 times over yet I still somehow still owe over $1000 dollars. They trick you with "administrative" fees that conveniently scale with the size of your loan just like racketeering levels of high interest would. No matter if your payment is $10 or $500 dollars, the work involved is the same yet the "administrative fees" go up. It's a very clever scam to get away with extortion. Just don't do it. Buyer beware! I went to TitleMax to get extra money for Christmas presents for 2019 Christmas season. During the next following months I was able to make my payments to TitleMax but then COVID-19 happen and I was unemployed for 32 days. After speaking with one of the managers I was able to make partial payment to sustain my account until the next payment date. Sadly enough I was unable to make the follow up payment due to still being unemployed. Title Max would not allow another partial payment like the month before and to include interest was still being added to the payment. I was able to reach out to a family member to get the necessary money needed to pay back for the car. I called the office well in advance to inform them that I wanted to make the full payment and they said sure use the app. I attempted to make the full payment on the mobile app and desktop app and was unable to make the payment because of a hiccup with the app. I went into the office to show I was still trying to make a payment over the app. If you knew there was an issue with the app wouldn't it be wise to tell the customers in advance that hey there might be an issue if you try to pay more then $500 on the app. The associates at the store could only tell me that either I come back tomorrow with a money order or call my bank in the morning and try to resubmit the payment via the app. According to company policy they do not take payments via debit or credit card in the establishment but they would except cash check money order or cashiers check at that particular facility. Because I was unable to make the full payment via the app which I was directed to do so by the store associates and they did not mention during my previous phone call that they were having issues with the app for payments over $500. I and others on my contacts list received a phone call almost every day from this office requesting information about my employment situation after explaining that I was laid off because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Of all the companies that I called to explain my current financial situation because of unemployment, this by far was the most unforgiving, and cooperating institution that I had the displeasure to work with. I'll give a shout out to my family for helping me out for if it were not for them I would've lost my vehicle. TitleMax will NEVER,EVER see me again. That's a promise!! read more
