The staff is very helpful and friendly. Regardless though, I just feel that these title loan businesses are taking advantage of poor people. I know that the goal of any business is to make profits, but I feel that the interest rates on title loans are totally ridiculous. The whole time that I had a title loan, I was a nervous wreck. I was worried that I would lose my car if I became ill and could not pay it back. And many times, the interest is so high until some people struggle forever to pay these loans off. Titlemax is what you call predatory lenders who become filthy rich by indirectly robbing poor people blind. I think that they should lower the interest rates to where they can still make great profits, but also to where they allow people who are struggling a fair chance of surviving in this cruel world. If I had the money and resources, I would fix things to where these credit card companies and title loan places would almost be forced to go out of business. I would offer better interest rates to customers rather than keeping them in continuous debt. The level of greed in this world makes me sick to my stomach. It seems that the rich keep getting richer while the poor keep getting poorer.​ read more

The general manager of this establishment is one of the most lovely humans I've ever met! I came to title max on my last leg and was very stressed but she calmly help me through the process and was so kind and helpful! The customer service is wonderful and I can tell they truly care about their customers! Thanks to them I'm now going to be able to pay for my education.
