First of all she sat on her phone while I was waiting and then when she finally was able to help me I realized I left my ID so I told her I would return the following day. Well , of course when I returned I was met with yet another incompetent lady who claimed she was unable to locate my title. I called the following day to speak with them and was told the title was given back to me, WHICH IT WAS NOT.... I told her repeatedly I DID NOT GET THE TITLE... and she rudely INSISTED that I did.
