I do not appreciate the fact that you have me inaccurate information and acted ignorant to the fact that cost was one of the concerns. If I called you to figure out why I was billed $500 what makes you think I was going to agree to paying $1000??? This office had no problem contacting me several times before I officially switched to this agent. However a simple phone call to update me on my insurance plans being processed in the new state, was too damn much! I did NOT appreciate the service I received from Andrea or Brittany. I also requested an appointment and didn't even get a phone call back until the end of the damn day. IN CONCLUSION now I'm screwed because of some inaccuracte information provided to be by this office and I would not recommended them. JUST PISS POOR!
