This is 100% part of the reason we will not bank here full time. We have had this account here for over 2 years, since we moved.

Inept management and lack of customer service drove us to Leaders, and we couldn't be happier. I did rate them at a 4, as I have found them to be lacking in certain "product and service areas" compared to our old credit union, but what they lack in credit card and checking rewards, (not to mention their antiquated online banking system and SLOW processes), they do make up for in phenomenal customer service. I would definitely recommend.
