I am going to be in litigation with this cheer studio over what they allowed to happen to my daughter. They create an environment of excluding girls from activities that they think aren't good enough or rich enough. My daughter was bullied into an injury....and she was hurt by the daughter of the team mom....the same team mom cheer express supported when she had a Barbie party and invited half the girls on the team and left the other half off. ....including my daughter. The same mom who put to me in writing that she would make sure my daughter was excluded from everything in the future. I offered to show all the screenshots to the ownership, who refused to even look at them...so it's no surprise the daughter started injuring and bullying my daughter. This place is very supportive of the team moms...they have no idea what it means to be inclusive...so the owners FULLY support this behavior!!!My daughter had serious injuries and since this is going to court...I can't share them here...but I may share the video of my daughter in a breakdown from the bullying and dropping on purpose. I am going to create another review of the text communication between myself and the team mom who had my daughter excluded on purpose....this was you can see for yourself. I'll put another review up for that. And if you quit early, all the stuff you purchased/bought is stolen...never given back. Honestly, it's just this place...we came from top dog and had nothing but positive experiences, no bullying, no uppity and snobby parents...it was all positive at top dog and they won all the time too!!! If you care about your child and their mental health....DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!. I had the same review up on google, but they took it down....

My daughter is now going on her second season at CE. She has been cheering since the age of five…read moremostly Rec. She had done some All-Star half seasons and to my knowledge learned so much. It wasn't until she came to Cheer Express that I saw a huge difference. The coaches are amazing and caring. The staff is awesome to work with. They really want each athlete to be their very best. Caryn is amazing and Coach Rachael and Coach Kim are top notch. Her tumbling has improved 110% thanks to Coach Jose. My daughter has grown since being at CE, loves her CE Sisters and I love my CE family. We feel blessed to be part of the Cheer Express Allstar Family. #cealldayeveryday #blessed

I would whole heartedly not recommend this dance studio to anyone looking for toddler dance…read moreclasses. My two year old was dismissed early from her second ballet class for not participating. Instead of the teacher addressing me appropriately about the issue, she loudly shamed my two year old for not participating in her class in front of the whole waiting room of parents. Instead of a fun and engaging atmosphere, Ms. Sarah's class was dry and created a harsh atmosphere. This instructor should not be teaching toddlers after shaming my daughter and dismissing the students for lack of participation. Dance camp should be fun and engaging and my two year old should want to be there. As a paying customer we were instead instructed to leave in front of a waiting room full of parents and siblings. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment at any point. Two year olds shouldn't be shamed in front of adults and other children. As an educator myself, I'm disgusted at the interaction between the instructor and toddler students. Not all kids deserve a gold medal, but they also don't deserve to be shamed by an adult that doesn't even know their name. This situation could have been handled appropriately in a multitude of different ways. Absolutely ridiculous.

During the pandemic my child attended Titanium. There were classes she missed due to job…read moreconstraints as I was working in a hospital. The staff there seemed very understanding and said she could do drop in classes. I tried making several scheduled drop ins all of which were full. After championships I realized this gym is not the best fit for my child so I didn't continue enrollment and went elsewhere. I tried making another attempt at dropping in and was told now my PAID classes were forfeited as she was no longer enrolled. Steer clear of this place as they do not have good values. If you paid for something it should be honored. Especially during times such as those. I will never go to your gym again and will let everyone I know your mediocre money hungry gym is not worth it!

The Dance Den is in the space that was formerly known as "The Hip Room" dance studio. It is…read morelocated on the 2nd floor above the Hall on Franklin- in a prime spot just north of downtown Tampa, right off I275. The first time I walked into these studios, I thought I was walking into a NYC dance studio that had been around for 50 years. They have two large studios with exposed brick walls and ceiling beams that really give it that "loft" feeling. One room, which is mainly used for ballroom, is equipped with wood floors. The second room that is used for hip hop, contemporary and fitness classes, has marley laid. I have been taking the contemporary class on Tuesday nights with Ashley for several months now, and I cannot say enough great things about her as a teacher. She is motivating and energizing and the choreography she throws at you feels great once it gets in your body. This class definitely moves at a faster pace, so would be more geared towards people with dance experience- but is definitely open to beginners. Ashley has recently added another class on Thursday nights which is more Jazz focused - more about technique, across the floor, etc. I am sure that will be as successful as her Tuesday class! Though I haven't taken them, I know some friends who love the hip hop classes as well! And I always see the ballroom teachers hard at work with private and group lessons while I'm there. You can sign up for these classes on their website, on class pass, or on the Wellness Living Achieve App. Drop in Classes are $17/each, or you can buy a class card, or a monthly membership. So happy to be back dancing again... thanks to Dance Den for keeping my passion alive!
