I'm not talking about a few hundred dollars I'm talking about a few thousand dollars. A 15 minute phone conversation was over $200 and i got a bill for $171 for a blood draw. They are billing me for procedures that took place over a year ago. I don't even answer the phone when i see it's CHI on my cell phone. My wife and i both agreed to find a different provider. That being said that i will finish paying off my CHI bill in 2031. Completely down with CHI Health. 1/2 star

When I was getting dressed, it was scanning man I feel violated. I think it's a bunch of crap they have them in there and there's no reason they have to scan patients when they especially when they are in vulnerable positions, yes it is a doctor on the other line of the scanning, however, things get hacked so much that there is no way that they can tell if that is being hacked or not so your naked ass could be projected everywhere I want the person fired did mine, and I also want the cameras removed from the room, not going to stop till they are. Do not believe them when they tell you that they are turned off and will not scan you. They are lying.

Not impressed at all. We met these people at the Sarpy County fair a few weeks ago and signed up…read morefor a low cost consultation, which turned into "we have to take xrays". I am not a fan of x-rays and was assured that they are "safe". Then the crash were taken while I had my old work boots on (more to follow on that). After telling my wife that her spine is all outnof alignment because of an injury that occurred 30 years ago, which they determined with running a wheel up her spine, they told me that my old injury is causing e issues as well, even though they wheel thing (hooked to a computer) showed nothing in that region. Upon my questioning that, I was advised that it's an old injury (9 years ago) and wouldn't show up anymore..... hmmm very contradicting to their previous statement about my wife's injury. This was followed up by come back next week to look at your x-rays. We come back and were told to sit in a group presentation setting with a pushy sales pitch why they are the best and all the money we spend here will help.us with our deductible so our other doctors visits could almost be free, all this while telling us if we get "aligned" here for the rest of our lives we wouldn't need other doctors except for emergencies.... weird again right?!? Then finally into a private room to meet with the owner who shows us the x-rays and says our hips are not even - did I mention above that our feet weren't even on the ground and we both as mentioned above weren't wearing good shoes/boots, so of course there's a good chance our hips may not look straight if our feet weren't evenly on the ground. Next was another sales pitch of just spend over $5,000 in the next 12 months with us and we will see.what we can do but can't guarantee any results as your bodies have old injuries and may not take the treatment. Let's not forget here comes the family discount of $800 and another $300 off if we pay up front... Finally came the final push I was waiting for, as a salesman of 20 years. "Is the money a problem on your decision to move forward?" SERIOUSLY!!!! You have no idea of my finances and the fact if I can pay 3 years of "alignments " or need to pay by the week is none of your concern after meeting me for 15 minutes and only caring about getting paid instead of focusing on your treatment plan. This was followed up with pushing us into our first "alignment" for another 5 minutes. As if I wasn't on the fence once we hit the constant contradictions and group sales presentation! This is a definite NO for me as I felt like a dollar sign to them and not at all concerned about "healing "my body. We will gladly find a chiropractor that cares about the craft and not just hearing the cash register ring...

This so called doctor and his staff are of low quality in professionalism as well as bed side…read moremanner. Dr Cook has come into the room with injections and prescriptions that were not meant for me. My son was never sent a bill from his office for three months then sent a bill for 56 dollars and change and was told sending to collections. He had an appointment set for the beginning of the following week, so i sent a check with a note saying he hadn't received a bill in months now for a small amount sending to collections was uncalled for. When my son showed up for his appointment the billing personnel came into the waiting area with the note saying that it could harm his status with the Dr. and the office. Didn't know his correct name and belittled him in front of other waiting patients. He mentioned this when he saw Dr. Cook assistant and the reply was don't worry about it she's like that a lot. They said they called in a new prescription for his high blood pressure to go along with the one hes already taking, it was the same med. he let them know that and has still not heard back from his staff. I'm sure some patients feel his services are fine, but I've never written a review before but feel Dr. Cook and his staff are way below par. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would to this doctor and his office. It seems it's easier to push…read morepills than read the latest research and be more proactive with your patients. I've been in healthcare for 13 years and have seen my family members have issue after issue with this doctor and the clinic. When they do tests they should perform them correctly with the latest technology and techniques based on research. If the test doesn't work you do not charge a patient as it is your fault not theirs...this is called customer service. Ever heard of HCAP? Or I guess not because if you stop service with them instead of admitting your own fault, then they won't get the survey and lower your scores showing the truth on your level of customer service. This is how we practice in my hospital when dealing with people who are sick and searching for our help. We don't dismiss them. I highly don't recommend this clinic or Dr. Cook.
