ZERO STARS. What an experience. Ross you're far from managerial material. You should absolutely be fired. Saturday August 30th I went to Titan Auto Sales at approximately 11:30am with intention to look at one vehicle posted on their website. I had a very busy morning and arrived to the dealership while on the phone with a banking customer service agent so I didn't want to hangup and lose my place with the call. While I continued my call I noticed the vehicle I was inquiring parked on the lot; it was also unlocked which I didn't find odd because often times when I have visited other dealerships there are open doors on the lot. Without hesitation I started looking over the vehicle, I looked underneath, inside, and went over the body while I continued my phone call. I did this because I knew I had a busy day ahead so I planned to look at the cosmetics of the vehicle before asking to drive it; in the event the cosmetics of the vehicle were not up to my standard I wouldn't have been interested in talking to a sales person. After about 20 minutes of my "still on going call" and looking over the vehicle I was approached by the "manager" Ross. Immediately he was aggressive while asking why I hadn't gone in to first talk to someone before looking at a vehicle. I quietly placed my call on mute and whispered to him that I'd like to drive the vehicle. He then grew more aggressive and said he already sold the vehicle and that I was in the wrong for not first talking to a sales person. (Mind you I was sitting in the vehicle outside for 20+ minutes, any sales person could've easily approached and asked if I needed help within that time frame however that didn't happen and it didn't bother me). At this point I still kept my cool, I explained to him that I was on the phone and was just looking to drive the vehicle. At this point Ross was giving me a lecture apparently about dealership etiquette. Lol. He said no one is allowed to look at vehicles before consulting a sales person. Now based on his tone, I asked him if we have a problem. Personally I've worked in a few different dealerships during my early ages of life; people would come onto the lot looking at cars and prefer to be unbothered until they decided to further pursue a car on the lot with a sales person. This is all taking place right next to the car wash they have onsite "Tidal Wave". I felt terrible for the family and child easily around 5 years of age that had to listen to Ross and his unprofessionalism. As Ross continued his lecture to me which I did not need, I then interrupted him and asked for his manager. He told me he was the manager. I told him I'd never purchase a vehicle there strictly due to the 5 minute interaction I had with him. He actually told me to go fxck myself so I kindly told him the same thing in return. Needless to say, do not bring yourself, your family, or recommend anyone you know purchase from this dealership. Professionalism is at an all time low here. To the owner; if you have audio tapes take a look at your security footage right outside the tidal wave entrance around 11:30-12:30 today. You'll find Ross had a good bunch of unprofessional words to share with me right in front of a very very young kid. You should highly reconsider your managment team. This company scheduled an interview with me but pulled my application on the same day. When I called the location to ask about my application, they refused to tell me who I was supposed to meet with and never apologized for not informing me that they had moved forward. Instead, they accused me of missing the interview, even though it hadn't even taken place yet. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since my interview was scheduled for 1 PM today. When I asked for contact information for the President, they kept hanging up on me. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to a reputable dealership instead of a used car lot. Zero stars if I could. I purchased the vehicle at Titan Auto on March 3, 2024. After 6 months the vehicle suffered complete failure while I was making my commute home. I felt a piece of mind since I purchased the warranty offered by Titan. The truck was towed to Titan Auto in Worth on September 16, 2024 as I was advised by the warranty company DOWC that it had to go back to Titan Auto per warranty terms. Claim #475508 with DOWC was opened. I received news from Titan Auto that the truck would require a new engine on September 17th and was then advised on September25th that the warranty would cover the engine but I would be responsible for my $100 deductible and the new oil and fluids. On Friday October 4, 2024 I received a phone call from Ross Paulos at Titan Auto that my vehicle was ready for pickup and that my total was $765. I asked what the breakdown of charges included and was told it was my deductible plus oil, coolant, belts and freon. Following our conversation with Ross at Titan Auto I called the warranty company to find that many charges (Freon and left and right gaskets) were covered by the warranty DOWC and were not my responsibility. I finally received an invoice from Titan Auto that included a $253 shop fee and am still awaiting a written detailed invoice for what that entails. On Saturday October 5th around 10 am I went to the shop and was advised by the general manager Ross Paulous that the car was ready and in perfect condition. The general manager stated he could not provide me with a breakdown of expenses as the mechanic was the only one who knew that information and he was not in on Saturday's or a detailed written warranty at that time but advised he would email one to me on Monday October 7th, 2024. I paid the $609 he stated that I owed in order to retrieve my truck. I then advised the general manager that I wanted to take a look at my vehicle and go over repairs before leaving. Ross Paulos agreed and accompanied me to the vehicle. This resulted in finding a huge amount of damage to my vehicle. As a result I had a certified and union mechanic come to Titan Auto and do an onsite inspection. My vehicle is riddled with damages and safety issues which were in complete disregard for my safety and value of my personal property. I rejected possession of my truck at this time. I did invite Ross Paulos out to meet with my mechanic and she went over the inspection results with him. Ross Paulos stated that his mechanic is certified but that possibly he has never worked on a Dodge Ram before. He further stated to me to leave the truck in his possession and he would work on getting repairs to the damages arrangements made. It is unfortunate that I owe around $27k on this truck that I will never again trust. It is scary to think a dealer would let a consumer drive away like this which is what would have happened had I not requested to see the vehicle. Although the general manager stated he will work on arranging repairs made I do not trust his word nor his company's work to be safe and satisfactory. I was also never provided with a breakdown of the $253 shop charges he invoiced not the 12 month 12,000 warranty breakdown and detailed in writing. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The cars are not fixed correctly so you will have problems, the lender they use, American Financial is an utter joke. They won't send you details of your loan terms, if you don't pay by midnight on the day your payment is due your car won't start, and in order to get any kind of extension you still have to pay. The lender will tell you what you need to help fix issues like your payment due date but will come back and say that oh... they need two paystubs in stead of one or oh, youll have to wait till after your next payment to fix the due date and continually screw you over.They also charged me for their car insurance that I didn't need for 8 months and then won't credit it back to me on their mistake. I will be contacting the BBB and the Az state's attorney for legal action against both Titan and their lender. read more

Pro Cars USA on Alsip listed a 2019 cadillac escalade esv vin 1GYS4HKJXKR287034 for sale. I went into their showroom to buy the vehicle and put a partial deposit of $2000 to start the process. I was sent to Titan Auto Sales to complete the paperwork. Eric informed my husband and myself that Pro Cars owned the vehicle And that they sometimes do their paperwork. We pay another $13000 down payment to Titan and was told they would forward the payment to Pro Cars. We completed the paperwork so excited not realizing it was on Titan letterhead. We took possession of the vehicle and about 2 weeks later we began to have issues. We Schedule to take the car to cadillac for diagnostic. We were informed by cadillac that the transmission was gone And it would cost Over seven thousand dollars for them to replace. I called Eric back at Titan auto and explain to him what was going on and he told me that the loan had funded and Capital one had already sent them the payment. So I call capital one to tell them what happened to the vehicle and that I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership Because they refuse to get it repaired by Cadillac. The only option that they gave was that they repaired the vehicle. And at this time I did not trust them. When I requested my $15000 down payment to be returned, Eric from Titan Produce a form and tell me that it would be necessary for me to sign. This form in order for me to receive a partial refund of my down payments. Even after I got upset and explained to him that I did not agree to the terms in the form he refused to return my money without me signing the form. The form was to silence me from telling anyone about what happened to this vehicle and not to make any reports on social media or yelp. Needless to say I had no intention of doing that and I didn't know anything about Yelp but I felt so violated and I felt as though I had been scammed and I did not want this to happen to anyone else so here I am. Test drive a vehicle that started smoking. They promised to have it fixed before we drove off with it. We made the mistake of actually buying it by taking their word. After they supposedly fixed it (got no paper work of the actual work) it continued to smoke. Then again the claimed to fix it a second time and it still has the same issue. We refuse to take it back to "their mechanic" because they have no records of actual work. We took it to a mechanic they were willing to work with and Russ said he would pay it with their 3month warranty. Just for them to tell us that we had to pay $600, because it wasn't covered under any warranty. That vehicle should never had been on the lot to be sold if it didn't have repairs that needed to be done. I also admit we should never have trusted them or bought the car knowing it had an issue. But definitely would not recommend coming here. They just say what they want you to hear but don't actually go through with their word. read more

Ok, not having this 2011 Chevy Equinox for one month, the reverse camera is not working. A check engine light came on a few days ago and I find out that the catalytic converter is bad. Called in and they say, bring it in and it should be covered under warranty. Just got back from them a few minutes ago. Catalytic converter is not covered under warranty and they want to charge me $954.86 to fix it. The couldn't fix the reverse camera because they say the ON-STAR mirror may have a defect and they will see if there is a recall on it. Then this mechanic manager or supervisor comes out and says, since I put over 1K miles on it already they can't do anything! It's a car! I drive! Then he says something to the fact that if I had brought it in earlier that maybe they could have done something. WHAT????? After I left not 1 sales person was smiling. I apologize to Michelle and other customers for my rude behavior. Looks can be deceiving OK, now the battery has gone bad after leaving auxiliary on to listen to radio after 5 minutes, can't leave door open and can't turn on interior lights. Let me preface this review by saying this: I have been living quite near to this place for a little over a year. I believe in supporting local and small business and the reviews on this facility were good. Boy was I in for something quite contrary. Now my salesman was Floyd. Floyd was great- professional, engaging, down to earth, very considerate, and tried extremely hard to get me the best sale he could. My issue is with management. The sale price for the vehicle was decent. HOWEVER, upon test driving the vehicle, it had a car seat, children's shoes, and other belongings in the back seating. The odometer read 2,000 miles over the listed mileage, and the breaks were going bad. Floyd apologized about the mess in the vehicle and stated that the car was being used as a courtesy vehicle for a female employee, of course the car would be cleaned appropriately and the breaks fixed if I chose to purchase. Okay. No problem. I spoke to him in regards to the listed price of the vehicle, told him I was a Nurse, a student, and also that my father and grandfather were military veterans that were willing to co-sign so I could get their discounts. Most dealerships offer discounts for students, military personnel, and now healthcare workers. Floyd mentioned their no haggling policy. However, due to the condition of the vehicle and the forementioned, he said he would speak to the manager to try and get a few hundred off. Floyd was quickly denied and returned back to his desk in less than 90 seconds somberly. He apologized and stated that he could get me great financing to save money. I bank with credit union, so I already get great financing but I obliged him due to his efforts. He ran my credit. I have very good credit but with the financing the monthly payments were still too high. He, once again, approached the manager. The manager now came over and did a lot of questioning and talking. He saw my uniform logo and mentioned that his son was saved by the nurses and doctors of one of my company's facilities and now he is in the military. I told him I am a nurse and spoke about my vet dad and grandfather. He thanked me for my family's services and said I had A1 credit, they didnt give discounts, and I wouldn't need one because he financer could get me a great deal. I tried to explain to him about the financing and my situation but continuously overtalked me and shoved me (not literally but figuratively) to the finance lady's office. Before leaving me there, he told me that he was not desperate for a sale but would like me to buy with them. The finance lady immediately apologized on his behalf. She said she knew he was very abrupt and doesn't listen and said"you know, men" shrugged then laughed. We talked for a minute. She agreed that I should've been eligible for a discount. Encouraged me to speak with the manager again because he has given discounts before. I kindly declined her suggestion and left. Until he heard my target price (obviously about a thousand under my goal price, expecting him to split the difference a bit and we'd come to a happy medium). That's when his tone immediately changed and started insulting me basically calling me a swindler for trying to get a better deal with my own money. Of course he says it's impossible, and when we stand to leave offers the car for $500 LESS than I asked. Sorry buddy, after being treated that way I wouldn't have spent $5000 on that car. This dealership is totally dishonest. I would not buy a vehicle from them! I was in the process of buying a car from them. The day I was to get the car they sold it but instead of telling me they hid the fact that they sold it & just tried to replace it with a similar car thinking I wouldn't notice. Which I wouldn't have if my banker didn't call them because she had questions about all their ridiculous fees that they also snuck in without telling me about. During that conversation I noticed that the price of the car was a little bit different and the mileage was different. I purchased a 2011 MKX with 77k miles sight unseen, at the end of January, and had it shipped to me. All of the people I dealt with at Titan were very nice during the sale process, and even reimbursed me for wipers replacement after I got the car and had to replace them immediately- so I did appreciate that. However, my confidence in buying without travelling to see the car, or have it inspected before buying, was due to being told very confidently (as I also see in their responses here) that cars ARE thoroughly checked over before they are put up for sale. Well unfortunately, when I took it for an oil change just after a month (and 500 miles of driving) of having the car, they found just by looking during that oil change: a power steering leak, bad tie rods all around, the steering box needs replacement, badly needs an alignment, and broken lines in the windshield washing system (which now explains the thrashed wipers). So, with facing $2,000 in repairs, immediately after purchasing, so I don't lose steering and crash the car - it wasn't such a great or safe purchase after all. I was told by Ross that the tires would need replacing almost immediately, when I bought the car (another $800 out of pocket). But in hind sight, that just adds to the dangers of having purchased this car "as is"! Maybe it's time to get better mechanics to go over the cars, so that you CAN live up to the reputation you desire? read more
