An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. After calling four tire shops, Charlie's Emergency Tire Repair came out, took my damaged tire and the spare tire off my car. Drove to their shop and mounted my spare tire on my rim. They brought it back and remounted the spare tire and rim on my car. Not only is it balanced and aligned, they came back again and released my parking break for me and did a final inspection on the remaining three tires.
