Had a Wheel Alignment done here today. After calling all around the area for good prices a month ago for my girlfriend's sons car, I found theirs to match other competitors. His alignment was done at the location on Del Prado near Veterans. With an appointment, it was completed in less than an hour. So today I called this morning for an appointment time and two hours later was available at this location. Brought my truck in a few minutes early and left it there to come back to check on it 50 minutes later......it was already done.....work completed. I could easily give them a five star, but since I just had them installed today, it remains to be seen if it continues to go well. I changed my mind. I am giving it five stars. So far, it's been a great experience. I started out at another store on Pine Island and their quotes on a set of four, 65000 mile, was between $854 and $1,134 all in. Seemed a bit high. I got on the phone and Ties Plus quoted me $434.22. Now they were for 50,000 miles, but big whoop. No comparison. And nice people, good customer service. read more

I called to have my car serviced. I was given a fair quote and I reserved a time. I showed up at the appointment time and my car was soon brought into the garage. I was sort of watching the work being done and asked the mechanic how things were looking. He took the time to answer a couple questions, when one of his coworkers called us over and pointed out that my two front tires had severe cracks on the inside sidewalls. Long story short , I was given some different options without any pressure of which one to pick. I went back three days later and had all four tires replaced at a very fair price. I need to speak to the store manager. I dropped my truck off at 9 am with the tires I bought, was told an hour and a half it took three hours. So my husband had to go pick up my truck when I got home from work I looked at my new tires and noticed my tIres were on backwards but everything else was fine. so I called and spoke to Justin he had me bring my truck back in the fixed my tires, when I got there I showed them a picture of the tire and why it was on backwards. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. My truck was ready 10 mins before closing 6:50 pm as I got a block away my tire pressure screen came on, when I got home and pulled into my garage to check my tires I could see my Specialty ram valve stem caps are missing the cheap plastic ones are on there. The ram caps where on when I got home from work. But the second time I took it in they didn't put them back on. I want my caps back or replaced, it took an entire day to put tires on my truck and I still have to return a third time to fix issues. Your store is called tires plus I would assume you knew how to put new tires on, balance them and put the correct amount of air in them. However; I guess I was wrong. read more

As a senior and a women I would recommend any senior woman to differently stay away from here, I went there a few months ago to get tires rotated I was told it would cost me about 39.00 dollars, I actually cost me 125.00 and he said because I had some BS problem they could not rotate tires or something that I did not quite understand what he was saying. Then he goes on to tell me that I needed two tires and a battery cost without installation of tires 500.00 plus . The kicker is that I did not have the money to do this at the time, which was good for me because I took my car to Sams club and had a mechanic check my tires to see which ones I needed to replace.. to my surprise he told me nothing was wrong with my tires the were still good.. and that Sams does a tire rotation for 15.00 dollars.. so ladies stay away from this place total rip off. read more

I called on Sunday to make an appointment for the first available time on Wednesday for an oil change, I had expressed that I was looking to come in early before things got busy in order to get in and out and the woman on the phone told me it would take between 30-40 minutes but NO MORE than 40 minutes. I show up today prompt and early at 7:45a for my 8a appointment, only to be met by the rudest man who would give me no options or opinions, rolled his eyes when I asked him questions and seemed significantly more concerned about the clouds outside than the client standing in front of him. I've just moved to this area, I recently purchased my vehicle, I rightfully have questions and concerns and this guy made it as clear as possible that he absolutely did not care. As of now it's been over an hour and a half with no end in sight, so much for getting in and out. I would have happily slept in and come in later today if I knew it would still take an egregious amount of time. Due to the proximity to my house I really wanted to be able to make this my usual spot for maintenance but between the jerk at the desk and the two hour oil change (And that's WITH an appointment made days in advance, I'd feel awful for any sucker they would take in as a walk in) read more

This place is a joke. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. The salesman (not acting like a car mechanic) at the front said he would do a full inspection for $9.95. A hour later, he told me I needed brand new tires ($282.88) even though the ones I have still have full threads on them. They have not been driven for more than 5000 miles and the car was in my garage all the time. He went on to try to upsell me brake fluid exchange which I had done less than a year ago ($79.99) and also brake services ($343.97). Together with the wheel alignment ($89.99), the grand total would come to $872.99. When I declined his sales job, he got indignant and said "hey..I don't care if you don't want to listen to me or not." Really...is this the way to treat a customer? While I was waiting for him to tally up the sales, another sales woman was telling another customer that she was actually losing $6 per tire. So she was doing the customer a favor. Really...how many stores actually stay in business by losing money on every sale? I would run away from this place as fast I can. read more

I have used Tires Plus for many years now. I did have a problem with one of the locations and ended up going to a different location. They have always Fixed my problems and done a great job. They stand behind their work and I like that. I see a lot of people take the time to write about a bad experience as it usually is...Mine have all been good and I expect that will stay that way. TERRIBLE I signed up for Yelp just to try and spread the word so no one else gets ripped off like I did. Took my car in for a squeaky noise. They said it was a water pump belt that needed to be replaced and it would cost me 260$. I honestly don't know much about cars, so I said sure. Go ahead and fix her up. I pick up my car, (pay 260$ for a belt that I later found out was 20$ with a 10 minute repair) and now my check engine light is on and my car is driving sluggish. It's honestly like driving lead. They tell me it's my catalytic converter and I need to replace it which will cost me 1000$. My car was driving fine other than a squeaky noise before I brought it in and now they want more money! Took it to auto zone to have the code read to see exactly what is wrong with my car. Turns out it's an O2 sensor, which can also make my car run sluggish. The new part is 50$ and I can fix it myself. Long story short, Tires Plus lied to me and probably broke my O2 sensor to try and get more money out of me. Taking advantage of me probably because I'm a young girl who said yes to replacing a 20$ belt for 260$. read more

Although their service has been good when I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. A balance weight, fell off after two days of trying to have them fix it. I was told I would have to make appointment and it would be $15. So you may want to take photos of your car before they start work . read more

I called this morning at 7:30am and asked if they would be able to get 3 new tires and an alignment done today for my sons car. He just got one tire replaced a couple weeks ago and needed to complete the job. He had an 8 hour drive back home and needed to leave this afternoon. I asked if they thought they could complete the job by 2pm if I brought the car in right away and they stated it wouldn't be a problem. I called at 2:30pm to check the status and was told there were still 6 cars in front of his, of people that had appointments. I was under the impression that when I called, I made an appointment but apparently I was wrong. He told me he might not be able to get to my vehicle today. I went in there and explained that I could have made different plans if I was told all of this up front. He then assured me that he would be able to make sure it got done by closing (7pm) today. I called at 6:10pm to check the status and said it was being worked on and if I came in at 6:45pm we should be good to go. When we arrived, he says "okay guys, I got you all taken care of, the only thing I wasn't able to get to was the alignment." This whole experience was horrible, all promises and excuses and poor follow through. If they couldn't do the job I was requesting, they shouldn't have even started. They should have told me this at 8am when I dropped the car off. The car alignment was pretty bad and that was what we were feeling was more important than the tires. They just cherry picked whatever they wanted to service the car for. After popping my top, they did offer a discount but I had to step out and let my husband and son deal with the rest of the transaction. Extremely unprofessional! This was the icing on the cake for me because over the last 2 years going to the Cape Coral location, it has always been like this, no respect for our time, telling us one thing and not delivering, giving us wrong information. I tried over looking it but my husband likes the convince of the location and since we were new to the area, it was comfortable. Bottom line, there have been at least 4, if not 6 not great experiences at this location over the last 2 years. They need better management and better employees. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate on some work. Since parts needed to be ordered, I made an appointment. 3 days later I brought my vehicle in 20 minutes prior to my appointment time of 10:30am. I called the store at 3pm to get an update and was told my vehicle still was not brought in yet. At 3:45 I received a call from the store telling me they were running behind because of a faulty piece of equipment but that my vehicle was still expected to be done by end of business. At 6:00 pm I was called again and told that my vehicle would not be done because they "ran out of time". So I took a day off work, had no vehicle for the entire day, and have nothing to show for it. So now I have to take another day off work to get the job completed. Why would you make an appointment on a day that you obviously were overbooked? Wy did you accept walk-in clients when your appointments were not completed? Why, when I picked up my vehicle were there employees just standing around with 45 minutes left in the day in which the work could have been completed? Why were you not obligated to stay late to complete the work you promised the customer? read more

I am definitely coming back for service - I lost my ring and thought it might be in my car because that's where I last had it (took it off to apply lotion) anyways I was besides myself and was hoping that if maybe I could have my seats removed it could be found - well these guys at Tires Plus were so kind and compassionate and offered to search first with flashlights charging only $9.95 vehicle inspection and if no luck they would proceed to removing the seats - THEY FOUND IT!!!!! Had an issue with my cooling system, I thought it was the thermostat, but wasn't sure so I called to see if they could get me in. They did a few tests and found the half the radiator wasn't circulating so had to replace the radiator, thermostat and hoses and offered to take me to work. Thought that was cool, but I work on the other side of town. I did have a conference call and they were very accommodating by offering a charger for my iPhone and their wifi so I could be on the call. Above and beyond, love that customer service. Service- I have frequented Tires Plus several times and the service is superlative! I am usually served by Joe or Doug; both are assets to the company and definitely have been instrumental in building and maintaining its impressive clientele. The staff is very knowledgable of vehicles and the maintenance of them. I really appreciate their no-nonsense and straight-forward service when it comes to assessment and pricing. They don't try to bedazzle you with industry terms or pile on a bunch of corporate rhetoric. They give you the price straight up and a line item list of the charges. Period! A very refreshing change from the numerous mechanics I have dealt with before. Atmoshpere- The facility is very clean and more importantly, cool! Most garages I've been to usually have a door open to the garage like they are trying to share the hot weather they have to endure to repair your car. No thanks, I've endured my share of work in the heat! Not the greatest place to hang out at waiting for your car if you have kids but...it's a garage. Value- Prices are comparable with other garages but not super cheap or overly expensive. Right down the middle. What gives you more value here are the extra services I have noticed. These include suggesting other businesses when there is a task they cannot accomplish (which is not often) or cannot accomplish on your budget. If they make a mistake, they more than make up for it with some kind of free service, like an oil change, with no questions asked. They genuinely seem like they want what is best for the customer and not always trying to make a profit. Also, while servicing your vehicle, they do a very thorough assessment of all aspects of your vehicle and even include an estimate of services you may consider; timing belt replacement, gasket replacement and so on. These, and other perks, will keep me coming back. Suggestions- Tires Plus, if we ae stuck in the waiting room, give us more options on the TV. I think it was stuck on the Sewing Channel while I was in there and that was just...painful. I think a lot of your clientele would prefer something more..masculine or at least at little more choice in TV channels. Plus, if we have kids with us, having Cartoon Network can go a long way for our sanity when we have to deal with the bill. Maybe provide some complimentary soda, coffee or bottled water. Overall, keep up the good work! Customers, these guys do sweat it out all day and if you are really happy with their work, give up some green in the form of a tip for the whole crew; it will be appreciated! Overall, I would give Tires Plus five stars for my review. That doesn't happen often but they do deserve it. Well done team and keep up the good work! read more
