I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself.
