Flat tire drama! while trying to get home after a LONG & HOT work week…read more Contacted my company car's Roadside Assistance Service and they directed me to the nearest tire repair shop as I was kinda in the middle of nowhere. Keaton was super helpful and took care of everything to get me out of there on a super busy holiday weekend. Actually, in hindsight, not a bad spot to get delayed, as there is a Waffle House across the street. Keaton let me know the tire was in bad condition, repairable, however, with some rom damage. I asked he replace the tire itself and he happily did. Tire fixed! Back on the road. Met a polite and professional person who made interesting conversation, and was very solution and service oriented. Overall, an enjoyable experience which I had definitely underestimated! Thank you, Keaton for saving my day!

They had a used tire in stock and it was just what I needed. It is less than a year old with excellent tread depth. I just needed a tire to get me a few months until the other three got nearer to replacement. Instead, I got a nearly new tire. The service was great. The price was about 15% of what a new tire would have run me. Finally, from the time I turned over the keys, they got me back on the road in 17 minutes. You can't beat that. Highly recommend.

Upfront about what needs to be done now, what can wait, and what it will cost. Take the time to explain things to a non-mechanic person like me. I have stopped in with a last-minute repair when I popped part of my front valance off on a curb, they pulled it in and riveted it back in place and weren't even going to charge me - I think I gave him $20, but I'm sure it was worth much more. I have personally witnessed them doing the same sort of thing for other people when I've been waiting for repairs. They truly care about their customers and community!
