Anything that my car needs a ticket here. They are fast and efficient and very competitive pricing. For me, the most important thing about a body shop, especially as a woman, that you can trust a shop to give you a good price and be fair. Here, I bring my car in and someone looks at it within minutes and tells me what the issue is, that it does need to be addressed, but that I can still safely drive it until I can afford the repair. That's what I want to hear. It turns out that replacing the suspension on a car isn't exactly cheap but when you have a small shop that runs efficiently with a small number of guys, you can turn around a job quickly and cost effectively (again, just what I want to hear!) It is bumpier than riding in a wagon) and you take it to a mechanic and tell them exactly what is wrong and their response is 'there's no error codes there's nothing wrong with your car' then they respond to a negative (truthful) review by calling you a liar....that's a problem.It is unprofessional and immature. At first I heard a scraping noise only when braking, but then it turned into a squealing AND scraping noise while braking, all the way into a squealing noise when driving in general plus the braking noises! You could literally hear me coming down the street. Walid and his team checked it out and fixed my car up with new brakes and rotors for the rear axle, which were the culprits of the noise.
