10+ Stars by me!!!!! I just Google Reviewed them a d thought about YELP. These two brothers are 110% about making the customer happy. I have been there since the day they opened, only going to a different company in a Sunday afternoon off of Mainstreet due to running over a SCREWDRIVER coming off the off ramp!! I just had the company put my spare on until I could get into MY Tire Outlet on Monday morning. read more

Ladies, be careful whem going to this particular shop alone. I wentto get a tire check and they did a full inspection on my car without my consent and I did not like that. I was in a hurry and only the tire to be checked because it was low. read more

My best friend and I just popped off a cruise ship to head back home to NC. As I was peacefully napping, I was woken abruptly by a severe rattling noice on my side of the car. I was extremely scared for my life as my friends is an aggressive driver as it is... we were recommended to go to a local shop in Jacksonville! We walked in ten minutes before they closed and they still took care of us. The owner and the tire tech were both so kind - they fixed the rattling - thankfully it wasn't anything urgent or life threatening but we did need to get her brakes changed! These guys were so freaking funny though - we swapped stories and E learned a little bit more about what is underneath her car! I have to say that next time I'm driving through Jacksonville or if I ever move to the sunshine state, that will be exactly where I go for all my car services! Thank you making what could have been an annoying and stressful situation so much more fun - we are so grateful to be back on the road safely! read more

One August 14th 2024 I drove my car to Tire outlet for a battery change. They told me they had to order the battery so I left it overnight. The next day I did not hear from them, so I decided to go to them in person around 4:30pm. When I arrived they told me when they tried to start my car after replacing the batteries the light on the dashboard were lighting up and they think I have a Faulty body control module. They told me there was nothing else they could do because the dealership had to reprogram my car. My car had no power at all. I couldn't even drive my car. A jump would not even power my car up. I then had to get it towed to my home. I waited almost two weeks before having my car towed to the dealership, because tire outlets corporate office said they would get my car fix at another one of their locations. They never did that, instead after going back and forth with them they said they couldn't fix it. I then had my vehicle towed on August 27th to the dealership. The dealership ran a diagnostic and found that the main power fuse array was blown when tire outlet was replacing my batteries. I had to pay $1605.73. Tire outlet lied and said I had a faulty body control module but they blew my fuse in my car. I want them to pay for the issue they caused on my car. read more

Store manager is so friendly and pleasant to work with. His personality really fills the room with a great feeling. The assistant manager is very cold. I was told it would take about 2 hours and he asked me if I was going to wait. I came prepared to wait and told him I would wait. 2 hours isn't an outrageous time to wait. When I told him that I would wait he acted like it was an inconvenience. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15am. When I called at12 noon he said it would be 45 minutes to an hour longer read more

On Saturday, October 12, I went to Tire Outlet on Merrill Road in Jacksonville Florida for the very first time. My light came on and I knew one or more of my tires were Leaking air. I spoke first with Randy, he was so nice, addressed the issue right away and askEd me to go over and have them check the air. The gentleman checking the air and I can't remember his name, a young dark boy who had been there three years, was also nice, friendly and professional. Bottom line, one tire could not be repaired. So I stated I would buy two of the same brand that I had on car. The price for the two was out of my range but Randy had already been proactive and had two quotes for a set of four tires that would work. I was so impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and customer service. I will go back and recommend them to others. Thank you, not that many reputable, customer oriented businesses or people anymore. They made me happy even though I bought a whole new set of tires. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE They pretty damn unprofessional, and yes the damn was necessary. I went in with my spare on, needing to have my front passenger tire replaced. I specifically came to this location because my tire size was "in-stock" here. Well come to find out, this location is tied to their WAREHOUSE (wtf)? so it's gonna show in stock no matter what. He tells me he has to order it and that it's $111.20. Well online it's $20 cheaper and he said it's because "you're ordering it online", that doesn't make since but Ok so I order it online (90.98) and THREE HOURS LATER they update my service order to tomorrow's date and said "oh well that's when it was scheduled, sorry" They're shitty business people and have NO customer service. read more

During my last visit to Jax, I noticed a buldge on my front tire which scared the heck out of me. Like any frugle person, I did research on many options to replace my defective tire which only proved that purchasing a new tire cost about the same these days as having a quality used tire. What a damn headache. Every tire place called or visited wanted the same exhorbitant amount. I found replacement tires that matched for the front axles and searched frantically for a place wwhich would mount and balance them. Tire Outlet on Main Street, or US-17 North was my choice by reccommendation. Here they install tires, mounted and balanced. They also without any fees do a preliminary check and bring back recomendarions to resolve or prevent future headaches. Most shops provide these inspections however, The friendly staff at Tire Outlet will actually help find ways to make it cost friendly to ensure your ride is reliable and not just another money pit which engulfs your already strained hard earned money. I was having a very stressed few days during my search for the right solution to my issue. It was such a relief to pull into this shop and find caring folks who remember that customer service is what brings you back time and again to a business for your future needs. Thanks to the team of professionals at Tire Outlet. read more

Tire Outlet - Inside waiting area for customers and check out counter. - Auto Repair Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

Needed some tires for the car and decided to go to this location after reading some reviews online. I've been to another Tire Outlet location and was pleased with the service so decided to give this one a try because it was closer. I had made an appointment online a couple days before so I wouldn't have to wait as long if they were busy. They got me in pretty quick after I got there. This trip I needed 4 tires, an alignment and oil change. Overall it was about an hour and a half which is not bad. I've waited 2 hours at other places just to have a tire patched. Everyone I dealt with here was friendly and professional. Services were done to my satisfaction. I would definitely go back to this location in the future. read more

Well, My experience started off good until I got my bill. The tech says there is a problem with my intake and rear breaks that was not done by another POS repair store. So the Front desk lady was nice and professional. It took all day till closing for them to finish my repairs and the bill was $1425.00 I was supposed to get a 50.00 discount but never received it. No veterans discount at all. The labor was $700.00 I believe they took advantage of me just like the previous store. read more

Great experience and saved $$$ over the discount big box places we usually get tires!

Everyone here was so helpful and kind. They didn't overcharge me; the service was so fast, and the employees were awesome

Can't talk enough about Tire Outlet. They have the best tire prices in the city. Hands Down. But more importantly, the service is second to none. They are timely, regardless if you have an appointment or you're a walk in. They care about your vehicle like it's theirs. That's rare to find in any place of business. I will never take my car anywhere else. Tire Outlet has proven to me that they value me as a customer. read more

i had a vibration when I hit the brakes which I had put on in May. I went to the dealership on Cassat and was told I needed all 4 brakes which would cause me over $800.00, knowing that was wrong. I went to Tire Outlet to have them check out my brakes. They put my car on the lift, check it out and test drove it, and informed me that the brakes were fine and the vibration was just coming from the engine. When I walked in the store the customer service great and all were very professional. It's hard to find an honest and not trying to take your money for things that are not needing to be done, but I found it at Tire Outlet on Dunn Ave. I was told nothing was wrong and nothing owed. I felt great driving away. Great Job Tire Outler. read more

So I game hereto have my tire checked out because the sensors on my wheels been going crazy with the Bipolar weather her in Jax... The manager service me for free and all he asked was if I ever need tires just to give them the opportunity to service me again. This is the type of customer service we need in the world. Will definitely will be back, I think I took all the business cards. read more

This is a bad tire shop for repairs one of the worst in Jacksonville Florida they are not certified technicians and they put the parts wrong on the vehicles cause damage to cars and then you have a hard time to get reimburse monies for damages to your car. read more

EXCELLENT and friendly customer service from the time I walked in until the time I left. . . The brake squealing sound that the dealership said was normal, was actually my brakes almost being metal to metal. So glad I came here for my tires replacement, otherwise I would've never known the truth about my brakes.... Best part, there was a $25 off coupon on the table for brakes and he let me use it. . . I also liked the fact that he didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires they have and trying to get over on me since I'm a female..... Lastly, It was 10 mins to close and they still accepted a walk-in customer. Very impressed as the original place I went to would not even fit me in and I was there at opening and it was one guy ahead of me. Needless to say, I was overly impressed with Tire Outlet today. Definitely will be back..... Oh I forgot, no more squealing noise and the tires are really smooth and quiet. Main Street Jacksonville, FL location. Each and every time I let them service my car they exceed my expectations... They are officially my go to folks

I will say that these guys do it right. I have been into this Gunner Store a few times now. Really who wants to go to a tire store and hang out. Yea neither do I. They have repaired a tire once for no charge and I didn't even lead them on with something else. This time they couldn't do anything but work me up a number for some new tires. I have also called around and their pricing seems to be a tick lower on the same tire. So if you need tires and small work they are here good and reasonably priced. read more

Excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service and prices! I thought I needed an alignment, but the employee showed me I had "rot". They went out of their way to expedite service and were very kind about it Thank you! read more

Knowledgable staff, excellent service, great prices!

I can honestly say extremely disappointed. I praised this group not long ago and can say in all fairness that it was a bit too early. It's sad that people will lie to your face and look you straight in the eyes while doing it. I called on a Friday when Jacob was on his Baja trip and asked if they could check my transmission fluid and put two used tires on the front along with an oil change. Steven said he would be back on Saturday and could do an oil change for $18. No worries, I'll come in Saturday. Sitting in the front talking to Jacob about his trip and asked him while he was putting used tires on the front (which I was never given a price for til after the fact), I asked him about checking my trans fluid. He says I need to use my dipstick. Wait, what? My car doesn't have one and that fact was also stated by Steven ( his employee) who was standing there. Later Jacob tries to tell me that I never asked him to check that. Uuuh, yeah I did and no you didn't. I specifically came I'm there for that otherwise I could've had what I needed done before he got there. He tried to refer me somewhere else and my response was, "Why would I take it to someone I don't know or trust when I'm here?" Should have went somewhere else. On top of all this bullshit my oil change cost $24.99 instead of what I was quoted and the used tires on the front $100, YES USED!!!!!!! Needless to say I won't be returning nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Up the street from where I live is "One Stop Tire Shop " 4 new Pirellis $200!!!!!! read more

Jacob and the Tire Outlet team were very helpful today! We were on our way home from a vacation and driving from Miami, Fl to North Carolina when we realized one of our tires was in bad shape. After having called many of places and them either being too expensive, rude or them wanting us to wait several hours to come in we were glad we found Tire Outlet!! Reasonability priced, friendly staff and had us in and out in no time and back on the road with 4 brand new tires! We love our new Nexen Tires, they drive very well and are so quiet, Thank you Tire Outlet! read more

Had 4 tires installed. Searched all over Jacksonville for a value. This place offered a very fair price and solid service. I saved $60 by buying there. Only challenge was that Google only showed 2 stores when they actually have 7 in Jacksonville. I bought the Milestar tire. It is a 50,000 tire and I can attest to that as the other car in the family has 53,000 miles on the set. Sometimes you wonder about no name brand tires. read more

I have a lifetime rotation and after leaving from getting it done I felt some wobbling in my tire. I assumed the tread will just wear even and it'll go away but come to find out as I stick my head out of my window at 73 mph, my tire is waving back and forth. After pulling over and observing my front driver side tire, I checked my lugnuts to find out that all but 1 were hand screwed on. Never going there again. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn't a radio shop it's a tire shop. I wouldn't go here if you're looking for someone who actually specializes in tires. read more
