This place should be ashamed to call itself a business. Nothing but a scam to take your money. I went there with a screw in my tire not on the side in the middle. I waited two hours then he told me that they can't repair it because it's 3 inches from the sidewall which was wrong anyway I didn't want to get into it so they sold me a new tire after the two hours waiting for them to tell me I needed a new tire. I waited another hour and 40 minutes till they put a new tire on. You could put a car together in 3 1/2 hours that I was there totally ridiculous unprofessional. people told me not to go there but I was stuck stick with the small amount of pop tire shops. read more

I had my brakes and rotors done in November 2025. I called them and told them that the brakes are squealing loud. But they claimed it would go away. This is January 2026 and Now my rotors are no more. I'm scared to bring my suv back because they would just probably put cheap rotors and brakes back on . They should fire from the mechanic in charge, (someone that has no customer service culture or etiquette) to the young gentleman in the front desk. Only one of the mechanics tried to help and be nice and got reprimanded by the mechanic in charge. I came here to buy 5 tires, they asked me for the keys. The FD guy came back and said that the car was not starting, we came back to the car, they said that it was the battery I said ok then I'll get the battery from you, can you have someone charge the battery to move the car? One mechanic came to help us, but later he was reprimanded by the "one" in charge. I realized it was the lock from the car manufacturer, I just had to unplug the battery, when I went to "talk" to the one in charge he said I had to talk to the guy in the FD, I went inside he said I had to talk to the "once in charge" then he brought him and I told him, oh! So now you're going to talk to me, interesting. (Definitely the worst costume service) He then proceeded to use every excuse on the book to not help us, definitely a place that is not interested in making money not your business. My mom got a flat for the second time in a month. Her building is under construction down the road and there's nails everywhere. It's a major undertaking. I called AAA they never showed up. Fla has big problems with AAA, not enough tow truck drivers. A nice gentleman who was a tow truck driver happened to show up in our development and I flagged him down. He filled my mom's tire, showed me the nail and off to Tire Kingdom we went. My mom already used her spare tire which was a donut. My mom had an air compressor in her trunk so it made it convenient to fill up her tire temporarily and drive five minutes to Tire kingdom. Unbeknownst to me, my mom has faithfully been using this Tire Kingdom for 10 years. They've always done right by her with oil changes etc. So many car places take advantage of older people especially woman, not this place. Jim worked with us. Tire Kingdom was bought out by Mavis Tire Discount. They are keeping the name separate but some of the policies are similar. I personally prefer Tire Kingdom over Mavis. Jim at Tire Kingdom was wonderful. We didn't have an appointment and this is a very busy store. Jim let us know we would have to wait and he would fit us in as soon as he could. No one knew how long it would be. Jim did apologize for the long wait, but we really didn't have a choice. Mom and I sat in their showroom for about 3 1/2 hours. Jim constantly came over and updated us and apologize but they were very, very busy and people had appointments. Our tire was looked over thoroughly and unfortunately we had to replace it. The last flat did a number on the tire. Jim gave us a good price and suggested we get a warranty package since this is the second time my Mom got a flat in a month. The warranty ( Mavis) consisted of $15 a tire. It is good for up to 1200 miles since my mom is old and only drives locally. I felt this was a good option going forward. Jim's manager Chris was also very nice. One of their machines was down, and Jim let us know where we could go to get it done at another Tire Kingdom. Both Jim and Chris said if they were to give us a hard time and try to charge us to let them know. They shouldn't charge us. Jim also checked my mom's breaks and break fluid. Both were good for now.If they don't have the tire that you want, they can order it and it usually comes in, in 24 hours. I definitely would recommend this Tire Kingdom. read more

Took our car in for a tire wear problem. During the repair they found two axels that were in need of replacement. Jerry showed us the broken CV boot and how grease was being thrown everywhere. Rick at Tire Kingdom told me to leave a review so here it is. On the road about 2 days after I got a new set of wheels put on my car, 2 wheels had lug nuts barely hand tight, with one wheel being so loose it wobbled back and forth while driving. On further inspection after this issue was found, I realized that 3 of the wheel studs had also been cross threaded from the nuts and almost fully stripped. Unacceptable for any price. Needed four new tires for my Lexus SUV so I went to tire kingdom on federal highway in Pompano Beach. Met with Shelly who was very friendly and professional. They had my tires in stock, yay! and the mechanic took my car right away, removed old, on with the new and an alignment. I waited in the pretty clean office area with a tv, magazines, coffee and water. Two hours later ,I paid my reasonable bill and drove home, I could definitely feel the difference. Horrible experience. The people that work at this location are from the Caribbean and don't speak english. in summary, I will explain. Tire Rack did not recommend sending the tires to this location but since I have a prepaid 5 year alignment program, I was stubborn and sent it. Oh, boy. Was I wrong ! A set of 4 new Continental Tires worth $1,100 were to be installed and balanced and vehicle aligned. The tech took the car out and said "its done." But I told him that he had forgotten to align the vehicle. So he took it back and aligned it, he said. When I asked for the printout results, he said that the printer is bad. Today, 6.7.24 I took it back and told the manager that it was not done properly. So the same story, the printer is bad and could not give me or show me the results. The vehicle is still on the same condition. But worries me most is that the people that work there bully, demean, degrade, and attack the customers and they are extremely rude. And this is actually dangerous. The regional Manager Tom is the same. Mavis has a lot of work to do if they want to keep their customers and businesses open. read more

Tire Kingdom's clerk called me to say that the mechanic doing the alignment said I needed new rear shocks which was affecting the front wheel alignment. Straight up liars and thieves. Had a slow leak They told me there was a puncture, tread worn too low to patch it. Odd since the tires had less than 10K on them. Okay, so I bought two new tires. Still had the sane slow leak. They said gee, guess there was no puncture, its a bad tire pressure monitor. So they sold me two tuire at $660 total that I didn't need. Since I onlyu drive a few thousand miles a year it wouldhave been several monthsd at least before I needed tires. The Captain (hubby) makes an appointment for me to have two new back tires installed on my Toyota SUV. He says "your appointment is at 930 am" Please make sure you are on time". I walk into the office at 930 sharp! A super friendly young woman named Heather, was working at the counter. She tells me it's "cleaning day" and that they are busy getting the shop cleaned up. I said "oh, well that's nice". "I have a 930 appt already paid for, set up by my husband online." She replies "oh, ok no problem, I've got it right here". She asked for my keys which I handed to her. I told her it is was the white Toyota Highlander Hybrid. She went to my car, got the information and came back in. I waited, and waited until 11:08pm and finally I said "excuse me.... I have an appointment I need to attend at 12...do you know when are they going to work on my car?" Oh.... "It's next" she said. Finally the technician got into my car to roll it in at 11:15 and he did not know how to start it. I saw him struggling so I say to Heather "I think your tech doesn't know it's hybrid". He got outside the car and she walked up to him and explained it while she was laughing. It is now 11:30.... I'm Still waiting. went in because my car was running out of coolant fast. I was told it was my radiator hose after waiting 6 hours for them to check. I couldn't get it fixed that day so I set an 8am appointment for the next day. I was on time for my appointment waited 2 hours nothin. I waited 4 hours nothin. Ask the guy in the front to check on my car for me he said they haven't ordered the hose yet. I was told the hose would get there in 10mins. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. THEY misplaced my Mercedes GLK wheel lock key which are custom to each Mercedes with no offer of replacing it. I had called on a Saturday and ask if the mechanic may have misplaced it; they said they would look and call me right back. After waiting 50 minutes, I had to call them because they never reached out. The manager got on the phone and just kept beating around the bush telling me I had to bring my car in. So we agreed on Monday to bring the car in and that he would stay until 6. I arrived promptly to discover the manager had left. I dealt with another employee who basically told me that I should have made sure that the wheel lock was in my hand when I left (blaming the customer, nice!) He offered nothing to us and now because I can't get my brake pads changed due to their incompetence, I'm sure my rotors will now get warped. So a HUGE thank you for absolutely nothing!!
