ONE tire, I told them this when I got there and when I received a call an hour later I was informed that all four tires either had pads on backwards bad rotors or bad calibers and it would cost $1600 to fix after telling them I didn't have that much they inform me of a cheaper option of only $1100 and I wouldn't get a receipt from the shop cause one of them would work on it on the side. After telling them I wanted to come pick my car up they half ass threw my brakes back together and I lost one of the pads ten minutes after leaving while on the highway. They set another inspection appointment only to cancel the day before. By the way, Import has also serviced and inspected my various motorcycles. Customer Service has always been top notch. Mike, the owner, Jill, Nate and the other two Mikes (yes, there are three Mikes) have been friendly on every visit so I'm not sure why anyone would have a negative opinion of Import Auto or its staff.
