I took it to Rick's and upon inspection it initially looked as if I would need new brake pads. I agreed for Rick's to put new pads. Once they took my wheels off they measured and found in fact that I had a good four months left on my pads. Instead of doing what most auto shops would do Ricky called and advised me of the amount of life left on the pads! Guess who will get all of my mechanical business of any vehicle I own as long as I can help it. Ricky is what Blackstone is all about. Good, honest people who love their community. I found Rick's Auto Service nearby and checked out the Yelp review. I called them and explained the situation and asked if they could fit her in ASAP. They said that they would, and even recommended a local towing company to get her there. (The weather was so cold and her alternator went out, so she had no heat in her car as she waited.) They were expecting my daughter when she arrived and Janet was so helpful and friendly to her. There service and price were both amazing. The fact that they took care of my daughter and treated her so well was priceless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
